Program Title Anti-bullying policy for all JHS/SHS learners

Program Description The Anti-Bullying policy is intended to be implemented so that harmonious
relationship shall exist between and among all the learners. Respect and kindness
shall be shared and earned.
Prerequisite Programs Orientation and Forum, Advocacy campaign, FYI and classroom speeches are the
front acts of this program.
Duration June 2017 – March 2018
Management Level of Principal, Asst. Principals, Security Guards, Police Officers, Committee on Discipline,
Program Teachers

Target Personnel Learners, teachers, advisers, guidance counsellors, School, parents, LGU,
stakeholders, the community

Rationale Because of the presence of weaker learners including girls, the School adopted the
DepEd policy in protecting the rights of all learners and that the weaker must be
protected at all times. It is a mandate that Bullying is not tolerated anywhere inside
the campus and shall be dealt with according by proper authorities.
Objectives 1. Implement specific IRR on Anti-Bullying policy of DepEd for all students.
2. Distribute the handbook of the school that includes the specific rule, policies
and regulations that needs to be followed by the students, teachers and the
school’s stakeholders.
3. Educate the learners about the Anti-Bullying Act.
End of Program Outputs Peaceful environment manifests the aura of respect and compassion in every learner.
The absence that the concept of bullying shall not be put into practice.
Expected final At the end of the Anti-Bullying Program, the learners shall have:
Outcomes/Success 1. Understand the value of respect and recognition of rights
indicators 2. Helped and supported the advocacy that bullying shall not be tolerated
3. Embedded in their mental faculties that the program of Anti-Bullying is very
important.
