The main objective of this study is to find ifwork


motivation is a significant predictor of perceived
performance amongservice crews in Jollibee Foods
Corporation.The respondents of the studywere composed of
81 or 100% of service crew.
The study revealed which regards to the level of
motivation, majority of the service crews have moderately
low (23.45%) amotivation, low ( 𝑥̅ = 3.58, 𝑠𝑑 = 1.73 ) extrinsic
regulation (social), moderately high (𝑥̅ = 4.5, 𝑠𝑑 = 1.71)
extrinsic regulation (material), low (𝑥̅ = 4.5, 𝑠𝑑 = 1.59)

interjected regulation, low (x̅=5.22, sd=1.33) identified
regulation, low (𝑥̅ = 5.61, 𝑠𝑑 = 1.24) intrinsic motivation and
low (𝑥̅ = 5.79, 𝑠𝑑 = 1.26) total motivation (𝑥̅ = 4.04, 𝑠𝑑 = 1.53)
Moreover, majority of the employees perceived their
performance managemet system as average or acceptable
(𝑥̅ = 41.6, 𝑠𝑑 = 0.4) . Performance Management has significant
relationship with amotivation (𝑟 = 0.305, 𝑝 = 0.285) and total
motivation (𝑟 = 0.255, 𝑝 = 0.219) . Lastly, the total motivation
is a significant predictor of perceived work performance
(𝑡 = 2.34, 𝑝 < 0.05).
