OVERVIEW SPINDLE
Keeping in mind of the small precision components manufacturing and continuous production, MTAB has designed High precision cartridge type spindle with high precision angular contact bearings with 2 in the front and 2 in the rear to
its MAXTURN series a mono block machine frame structure for high rigidity and accuracy. This is ideally suitable for provide high rigidity.

Head stock made out of CI grade 250 provided with fins for better heat dissipation.
STRUCTURE
In order to eliminate joints MAXTURN is designed as slant bed with mono block structure that reduces vibrations
while machining and ability to absorb torsion. Such design helps to ensure high precision ,good metal cutting and
