ANSWER
 The unifi edu package with LITE, ADVANCE or PRO plan for
IPT students offers:
 Broadband access with speeds of up to 100Mbps
 Access to wifi@unifi available at 6,581 hotspots (as of
26th October 2017) around Malaysia.
 Eligibility criteria:
• Malaysian citizen
• Between 18 to 25 years old
• Owns a valid student ID card
• Non-Malaysian students are not applicable for this
package
• Subject to availability of services and coverage.
 The unifi edu package offers broadband access, which
comes with wifi@unifi at an attractive price to facilitate
IPT students in their studies anytime, anywhere.
 With unifi edu package, you can save up to RM1,200 (Note:
saving calculation is based on 24-months contract period).
 This is in continuation of TM's Broadband Improvement
Plan to provide Malaysians with wider and faster
broadband access as outlined by the Prime Minister in
Budget 2017, in particular, in addressing the lifestyle
demands of Youth / IPT students as well as to support the
group with access and mobility which they can utilise to
further improve their academic performance, wherever
they are for their convenience.

 First, all eligible customers are required to download the
wifi@unifi app called “i-foundit!” from Google Play or App
Store.
 Then, visit the nearest TMpoint nationwide for package
subscription and show the downloaded “i-foundit!” for
verification during registration process. Your application
will not be accepted if the app download is not completed.
 The package will be available for subscription starting 1st
November 2017 until 31st December 2018.
 You will get to enjoy the special package deal for 24-
months upon your successful subscription and the package
will be back to its retail price after the contract period
ends.

 Yes, you will have to upgrade your package to higher
speed to enjoy the unifi edu packages.
 Yes, you may apply for the package if you’re a Malaysian
aged between 18 to 25 years old, studying at Malaysia’s
higher learning institutions and have a valid Student ID.
The packages offer is valid from 1st November 2017 until
31st December 2018 for a 24-month subscription period
(contract).
 You are allowed to transfer the account ownership to a
different party during your subscription period but he/she
must fulfill the application qualifiers.
 Applicant shall be personally responsible for any credit
action by TM in the event of outstanding or non-payment.
 Yes, you may upgrade your unifi edu package to another
unifi plan of higher speed without any penalty.

 However, if you choose to downgrade your unifi edu
package, your subscription contract will be refreshed
based on the terms and conditions of the new package
subscribed.

 One (1) applicant is only eligible to apply for one (1) line of
unifi edu.
 unifi edu package is made available from 1st November
2017 until 31st December 2018 while unifi Bonanza
campaign is only available until December 2017.
 This package is open to the targeted customers (IPT
students) only and can be subscribed at TMpoint.
Meanwhile, Bonanza Campaign is available for residential
customers via all sales channels (TMpoint, TM Reseller
Agents, TM Authorised Dealers (TAD) outlets, online (from
7 November 2017 onwards).
 unifi edu package included with complimentary call plan
worth up to 600 minutes free calls to all fixed and mobile
lines nationwide while unifi Bonanza campaign packages
offer without any complimentary call plan.
