Aturan Pakai : How to use :

Interaksi Obat : Drug Interactions:

Resiko toksisitas parasetamol meningkat ketika
diberikan obat hepatotoksik atau obat yang
menginduksi enzim mikrosomal hati. Penyerapan
parasetamol dapat dipercepat dengan obat-obatan
seperti metoklopramit. Ekskresi mugkin akan
terpengaruh da konsentrasi plasma berubah saat
diberikan probenesid. Kolestiramin mengurangi
penyerapan parasetamol jika diberikan dalam waktu 1
jam.

The risk of paracetamol toxicity increases when a
hepatotoxic drug or drug induces a liver microsomal
enzyme. The absorption of paracetamol can be
precipitated with drugs such as metoclopramite.
Excretion may be affected and plasma concentrations
change when given probenecid. Cholestyramine
reduces the absorption of paracetamol if administered
within 1 hour.
