3 FIXES

SUPPORT FOR Fixes problem that Infinity would not start after the Windows 10 Fall Creators update.
MICROSOFT .NET4.7.1 Microsoft .NET 4.7.1 is part of this update.

SHP EXPORT Fixes the attribute type on export, respecting type Real, String and Text. Previously
when exporting SHP files, the attribute type was always fixed as text.
Fixes the attribute name uses the user defined attribute label from the code list.
Previously all attributes were exported with the name Attribute 1…
Fixes the number of attributes exported are equal to the attributes that have values.
Previously empty attributes were also being exported.

EXPORT ATTRIBUTES Fixes the export of attributes if they were edited inside the application. Previously it

4 NETWORK ADJUSTMENTS

COMPUTE LOOPS Automatically compute all possible loops and loop misclosures within your network.
The computation detects the complete set of independent loops with the minimum
number of sides and the calculated closing errors are tested using the W-Test.

The possible computed loops include those from: GNSS baselines, Direction &
Distance, Zenith Angle & Distance, and Height Difference.

Selecting 3d, 2d, or 1d defines the dimension the computation will be based on.

REPORT UPDATES Network Adjustment reports are updated to include the additional information and
added is the Loops Report

DISPLAY OF ERROR
ELLIPSE & RELIABILITY
Three new Survey Layers are added that allow the user to enable the display of
absolute and relative error ellipses, as well the coordinate reliability.

5/8
DISPLAY SETTINGS Adjustment related display elements are managed in the Adjustment General Settings.

 The exaggeration factors are ratio’s related to the size of the project
 If the semi-major axis of the absolute or relative error ellipse is smaller than this
Threshold value, then the absolute or relative error ellipse will not be plotted in
the graphical view. Same with reliability boxes.

5 COGO – MEASURE DISTANCE: GRID, GROUND, ELLIPSOIDAL

MEASURE POINT TO The user can select the distance type for the inverse distance output such as to easily
POINT compare Grid / Ground.

6 IMPORT DATA

DBX RTK Navigated points or autonomous GNSS points including the coding information are
now imported with or without raw GNSS observation data. These points have the
Navigated Point Role.

7 EXPORT DATA

SKI-ASCII Now possible to export GNSS baselines and terrestrial observations of horizontal and
height method in the SKI-ASCII format
GEOMOS NOW Export terrestrial observations for the GeoMos Now online service
XML New settings for improved handling of point and coding settings for export

6/8
HEXML Added Stakeout applications support from HeXML 1.8
KML,GOOGLE EARTH Roading project data is now supported for export to Google Earth and the KML/KMZ
export formats
DXF/DWG Export the road stringlines and road material surface to DXF/DWG for more options to
use in the field software Captivate and iCON Field.
PTX Scan points now can be exported in PTX

8 XML EXPORT SETTINGS

POINTS Choose to filter export of point data for highest class only or all point classes.
For AutoDesk users they normally will choose highest class.

CODE AND For Code and Description using the Custom setting, it’s possible to define how the
DESCRIPTION code, attribute and code information is written in the XML export including the separator.

SPLINES Choose to set the geometry type for handling spline geometry as interpreted at the end
software by: lines segments, compound curves or irregular line (an irregular line is line
defined by a list of points).
CLOSED LINE / AREAS Choose that the area feature is defined in the xml file as a parcel or plan feature

TO SURVEY NETWORK This setting is applicable for AutoCAD Civil3D users. This allows the user to enter a
name for the Survey Network which then on the data import will reference the imported
data to a list of control points and provide connecting of TPS setups.

9 LOCALISATION TOOL

LEARNING MATERIALS The Localisation Tool now also includes Learning Materials available to download. The
first set of guides available for download help the user to work with the optional modules
including Data Processing, Network Adjustments and Infrastructure Roads.

The learning materials include Quick Guides, Sample Data and links to videos that
demonstrate the quick guide steps.

7/8
STYLESHEETS The Localisation Tool now also includes Stylesheets used for Data Export or custom
Data Reports.

A pre-set list of general formats can be downloaded and used for data export.
