Create Project

Before creating a project, Install AVEVA Administration 1.5.1 or above. Open the
file �ProjectCreation.bat�. This file is in the installation folder of AVEVA
Administration.

Add the following line to the file

Set AVEVA_ADMIN_MODE=EASY

Change the path for project directory in the file �evars.init�.This file is in the
installation folder of AVEVA Administration.

The projects path in the evars.init is normally the last saved projects path (in
case of a fresh install it is the default path set during the installation of AVEVA
Administration).

Change the path: - set projects_dir=C:\AVEVA\bocad\Projects_3_1\ (default path used

during the installation of AVEVA Bocad Structural Detailing)

Note: Please make sure the user has write access to the folder and always uses the
same path for project
creation where the Bocad Projects was installed.

This video guides the user to create a new project within AVEVA Bocad Structural
Detailing 3.1 session, including the creation of multiple users for multiuser
environment.
