I appreciate the opportunities to attend continuing education specific to my responsibilities and districts that I
serve.
I think there were just a few places where having a bit more training on locating materials, vehicles, etc. would
have been beneficial at the beginning of the year.

The 185 day teacher contract is fairly standard compared to most districts. Having a 3rd personal day is
nice. Also, the 403b benefit for not taking the health insurance is a great perk. I only chose "good" for rate of
pay, etc. is due to losing numbers of years in experience - but that's pretty standard in districts.
I think that we could improve our health insurance. Many school districts pay full health for families. Maybe
a HSA.
Would love to see a better health insurance package at a reasonable cost to family.

Use the knowledge of current staff to present to other staff members to better understand what other disciplines are doing within the schools.
Distance learning math to help with engaging kids to love math through everyday things. Mom support group at ESU to help build support for mom's who just
need to talk and need peer support for dealing with life and kids. Families from B-2 would be target.
It would be great for my department to clarify an overall direction for where the program is going and where it wants to be. I like to have a tangible goal to
work toward, rather than a nebulous idea. Maybe that's just a shift that I need to make and roll with it.
I believe that we should be reaching those children who are gifted. I think that we could do a better job at enhancing programming for those children who
excel at academic programming. I also believe that we should be advancing programming in math and engineering. STEM programming would be a way of
improving the workforce and raising low math scores in our area. Finally, I believe that the ESU can begin to work on improving programming for students that
will not be college bound or will look toward technical programs. We see a consistent decrease in the support for shop classes. However, plumbers, welders,
mechanics, and carpenters are all highly sought after and produce a good wage for individuals. I believe that we should be fostering programming in this
