Find and replace

Find:- find any number, date, data, in work sheet
from "HOME" → editing group →Find ) ‫ تحليالت‬+ ‫طب اسنان‬

Insert "data" ex "Ahmed" in the up window then press on "find

next"
Replace:- replace any data in work sheet with another data

Insert current word in "find what" then insert new word in

"replace with" , press on "replace" or "replace all"

Go To:- translate to any cell in work sheet by (insert the "cell

reference" in "Go To" window)

Inserting "new work sheet"

By default, any excel file contain three work sheets , the appear
in the bottom, we can insert new sheet
"HOME" → cell group →insert→ insert sheet

We can delete any work sheet

"HOME" → cell group →delete→ delete sheet
Rename work sheet by (double click on the name of any sheet,
that appear in the bottom , rename it , then press "enter")

Moving work sheet

Drag the work sheet from "its name" to specified place in the
bottom of the window
Changing work sheet's color
Right Click on the name of work sheet, then select "Tap color"
Hide work sheet
Right click on the name, then choose "hide"
Unhide from
"HOME" → cell group →format→ hide & unhide→ unhide sheet

FUNCTIONS AND FORMULAS:- contain numbers and mathematical

operations, we must sort (+,-,/, *, ()) by the precedence
1- ( )
2- *, /
3- +,-
Ex:- B2= A1+ B3/C1- (A4*A5)
1- (A4* A5)
2- B3/C1
3- A1+ result (B3/C1)
4- Result (A1+ result (B3/C1)- result (A4*A5)
Sum Formula:-
Ex:- C1= B1+B2
Solve
1- Put the pointer inside cell "C1" that we wont to insert the
result inside it
2- Write "=" inside it
3- Select first cell "B1" , the "cell reference" appear inside
the formula bar.
4- Write "+" inside (C1)
5- Select second cell "B2" the "cell reference" appear inside
the formula bar.
6- Press enter

Or write inside C1 between the arches ( = sum B1;b2)

Or select consecutive cells , by mouse to sum their contain,
then press on "auto sum" command from editing group
Ex1:- sum (c1,c2,c3,c4)
The result is appeared in (C5)

There are other formulas (max, min, average, count number)

from "Auto Sum" Command
EX2:- to put the result of many cells (nonconsecutive) in any
cell
E3= B1+C5+A7
1- Select the cell (result "E3")
2- Press on "Auto sum" command

3- Choose the cells (B1, C5, A7), write ";" after selecting any
one of them
4- Press Enter

Ex3 E4=Max (B1, C5, A7)

To solve this Ex , Apply previous steps in previous Ex , select
"MAX" instead of "Sum"

Ex4 :- find the average in F column
