 RULES OF BYOT DAY
#1-Your Device must
belong to YOU. No
Borrowing!
#2- You must stay on
educational site directed
by the teacher ONLY. No
Exceptions!
#3- Device must be turned
off immediately after
educational usage and
placed in "Check In Crate"
#4- You can bring only
ONE device at a time.
  #5- Teacher will have FULL
control of devices while at
school.
#6-YOU are responsible for
taking care of your own
device. Be Careful!
#7- Device must be fully
charged before usage in
class.
#8- Absolutely NO picture
taking or video recording
in/during class.

CONSEQUENCES FOR BYOT DAY

* There are NO WARNINGS!!
First Offense
-Lose 15 mins. of activity time
-No Recess (Clean all school electronics in classroom
Second Offense
- Lose remainders of activity time and full day of next BYOT
- 1 page Essay on "Why Is it important to Follow the Rules on BYOT day?"
- Parent will be contacted
Third Offense
- Student will no longer be permitted to use personal device at school
- Teacher will secure device and parent will pick device up from school
- Parent will be contacted
 PROCEDURES FOR BYOT DAY
#1-Turn in devices at beginning of class to teacher
(Check In)
#2- During CHECK IN, sign name by a number on
the clipboard. Mrs.Strong will provide you with
same numbe that corresponds with sign in
number to be placed on devices.
#3- Devices will remain in crate in CHECK IN area
until Mrs. STrong instructs you to retrieve device
by calling out the assigned numbers.
#4- After educational usage, check devices back
into CHECK IN area by placing devices in CHECK IN
crate when Mrs. Strong calls the assigned number.
#5- Devices will remain in Mrs. Strong's possession
until end of school day.
#6- TO RECIEVE DEVICES AT THE END OF THE DAY:
Return to Mrs. Strong's class, Sign your name next
to your assigned number under the "Sign Out"
category on Clipboard.
#7-Then, Mrs. Strong wil hand over the device from
the crate with the corresponding number that is
next to the signature.
