AFFIDAVIT OF NO COMPLAINT

SOROSORO IBABA DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE, a duly registered cooperative under

the Cooperative Development Authority with business address at Sorosoro Ibaba, Batangas City
represented by its Mindoro Operation Community Manager, MR. TEODORO D. GENTEROY, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby deposes and state:

1. That we are a duly registered cooperative under the Cooperative Development Authority and with
business address at Sorosoro Ibaba, Batangas City;

2. That we arrange the construction of a full step-up of a rice milling plant wherein we are free to
build at Barangay Sampaguita Naujan, Oriental Mindoro;

3. That the construction of the said rice mill is permissible without any objection and complaint
coming from the community and its neighbour;

4. That we acknowledged the invaluable contribution of the rice mill plant in the economic growth of
the locality of Mindoro; and

5. That we are also executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and as
compliance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) requirement.
