NOTICE TO PARENTS AND STUDENTS

RE: Notice of Termination of Calvary Christian Learning Academy (K-8) School Program

Dear Parent,

As you may be aware, Calvary Christian Learning Academy is a ministry of Calvary Community Assembly of God, Inc., which
is currently operating under the supervision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, Case No. BK-S-
17-13475-MKN. Additionally, on March 12, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the appointment of Kavita
Gupta as Chapter 11 Trustee for the Estate of Calvary Community Assembly of God, Inc.

We deeply regret to have to advise you that the continued operation of the Calvary Christian Learning Academy’s Kindergarten
through Eighth Grade (K-8) school through the end of this school year will not be feasible, in light of the bankruptcy of Calvary
Community Assembly of God, Inc. As a result, at the close of business on March 26, 2018, the school will be permanently
eliminated. We are giving you this notice so that you can begin to make alternate educational arrangements for your children
at another school for the remainder of the school year and for the following years.

If you have prepaid tuition, we will be sending additional communications regarding a potential refund of that tuition. Your
child’s educational records will be delivered to the Nevada Department of Education, as required.

If you believe that you have left any of your child’s personal property on the premises that you would like to retrieve, you
should send an email as soon as possible to Sean Park at spark@gtllp.com to coordinate a mutually convenient time for you to
retrieve any such property. You should bring with you any boxes necessary for the removal of your property, along with proof
of ownership, if possible. Proof of ownership will be required for the removal of any electronic equipment. You will be
required to present identification and sign a receipt for anything removed from the building. Please also note that Calvary
Community Assembly of God, Inc. will not be responsible for any personal property that is not retrieved by its owner. Please
note that textbooks and other materials used by the school are property of Calvary Christian Learning Academy and should be
returned to me prior to your child’s departure.

It is very important to note that the school programs are not being terminated for any known health, welfare or other child
endangerment issues. We understand this action may be a hardship and we sympathize with the difficult situation in which
you may find yourself. This decision was not undertaken lightly, but is an operational necessity due to the bankruptcy
proceeding of Calvary Community Assembly of God, Inc.
