National Health Mission, Punjab invites online applications on Department’s website

(http://pbnrhm.org/career1.aspx) on the prescribed proforma for filling up following posts under
RNTCP on contractual basis:-

2 Age Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on
15.04.2018

2. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of selection criteria (related to qualification/
experience/age etc.).Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview and the list of
shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the Department’s website. Further, no notice for interview
would be issued separately to the shortlisted candidates.
3. The applications can be submitted through online mode only. No other means/mode of application
will be accepted.
4. The State Health Society (NHM) will hold no responsibility if any entry in the online form is
incorrectly made by any candidate and he/she can be declared not eligible due to wrong enteries of
his/her credentials. It is advised that all enteries are cross checked by candidates themselves before
finally entering the data.
5. The candidate should fulfil the condition of eligibility criteria on the last date of receipt of
applications.
6. Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric standard.
7. NHM will not be responsible for non receipt of online application of the candidate due to any reason
whatsoever.
8. Application submitted through online form does not imply that candidate has fulfilled the criteria
given in the advertisement and application is subject to subsequent scrutiny and can be rejected, if
candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria at any point of time of the recruitment process.
9. The post may be increased or decreased at any stage of the recruitment process. Mission Director
NHM reserves the right to cancel the entire recruitment process at any stage without issuing any

 The number of vacancies and reservation of posts is liable to alteration without giving any notice
due to administrative reasons.
 The SC/ BC Category certificate should be in accordance with the instructions of the Department
of Welfare Punjab and the certificate for the Ex-Serviceman, Freedom fighters and Sports persons
categories should be in accordance with instructions of the concerned Department as per the
followings details:-
Ex Servicemen/LDESM, Lineal Descendant certificate duly issued by the concerned District Sainik
Punjab Welfare Officer.

Freedom Fighters, The requisite certificate issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the
Punjab concerned distt. as per the instructions of the Punjab Govt.

Sports persons, The certificate regarding gradation issued by the Director, Sports
Punjab Department, Punjab.

Candidates applying under the above-mentioned 3 categories should have these certificates before
last date of filing the applications.

3. Age Limit: Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 15.04.2018.
Age relaxation as per the rules of Punjab Government.
4. Terms and conditions:

 All posts will be on contractual basis initially for 1 year to be renewed on the basis of work,
conduct and performance every year.
 Educational qualifications must be from a recognized University/ Board as per details mentioned
against each post. Candidates must pass the educational qualification on or before 15.04.2018.
 Only those candidates who have passed Punjabi subject in matriculation standard are eligible to
apply.
 No TA, DA will be paid for the journeys performed for the Interview/ counseling.
 The candidates applying for more than one post shall have to apply separately.
