RECORDING during concerts, lessons and all the HABANERA ACADEMY duration. This AUDIO and VIDEO recordings
are for HABANERA Promotion on WEBSITE, PROMOTION PROGRAM etc…

Article 1
Each participant in the Académie Habanera acknowledges and signs a copy of this document handed to him at his
arrival:

Article 2
The organisation of the courses, meals, travels, concerts and the various activities of the academy implies a respect
of the schedules communicated to the participants everyday.

A respect of the various instructions given by the teachers and/or animators of the association is asked of everyone.

These organizers are not salaried employees at the service of the trainees but mostly voluntaries of our association.
To respect their instructions is as important as following the instructions given the teachers.

Article 3
The establishment which lodges the trainees (CANOLLE and HOTEL de L'EUROPE) also hosts other groups at
the same time. The respect of these persons and of the various installations and establishments visited during the
training (museums, CRR, restaurants, etc.) is of the outmost importance.

Article 4
 It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside of any public building, including your room (L.335-28 article of the
Code de la Santé Publique).
 It is strictly forbidden to introduce and/or drink alcohol and/or use any illicit products in the facilities used
and/or under the responsibility of the Académie.
 Parking of vehicles will have to respect the specific instructions given to not disrupt the activities and the
circulation at the CRR and CROUS ( Canolle )
 The trainees will have to use the existing sanitary facilities in order to protect the environment.
 Noise is prohibited in or near the lodging facilities after 22h00 in EUROP HOTEL and CANOLLE. The
use of musical instruments is also prohibited after this hour.

Article 5
 Everything lent to you by the organization of the academy (e.g. instruments, mouthpieces, music score,
etc.) are to be returned in their initial condition: If not , the student will have to pay all the repair cost.
 It is forbidden to play with photocopied scores. The scores will be given to the participants and handed
back to the organization after the academy.
 Bedroom keys given at the beginning of the training will have to be given back without the intermediary of
a third-person on the last day. A fine of 80 euros will be perceived for each key lost by the trainee.

Article 6
All degradations caused by the trainees will be followed by a request for repair or a contentious recourse to the
insurances of the trainee or the trainee himself (or his/her parent(s) or legal tutor(s) for minors) from the President
of the Saxophone Évènement, organizer of the Académie Habanera, in its name.
Any repeated or serious non-respect of these rules can lead to the exclusion of the trainee from the academy, after a
meeting with a legal tutor for minors.
