Process engineer Duties

o Developing , configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start
up and certification
o Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data.
o Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes.

Job brief
The Company needs fit candidate for Process engineer position and take responsibilities on Process
design, Operation and Implementation. The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial
processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize
profitability.

Responsibilities
o Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and
certification
o Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
o Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
o Develop best practices ,routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and
quality of output
o Perform process simulations
o Manage cost and time constraints
o Perform risk assessments
o Provide process documentation and operating instructions
Requirements
o Familiarity with Health and safety regulations
o Knowledge in process related standards
o Knowledge in process simulation
o Excellent technical skills
o Knowledge in process engineering software packages
o CAD, auto CAD Skills
NOTE: The candidate should possess people management skills such as communication skills,
leadership skills, sales skills, inter-personal skills and time management skills

Salary: INR 3, 50,000 – 5, 50,000 P.A. Incentives and benefits as per corporate standards.
