NORBERTO A. JASO, SR., a Filipino, of legal age, married to Cecilia dela Cerna Jaso
and a resident of Poblacion, Malita, Davao Occidental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to
as the VENDOR;
-and-
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful owner and possessor of a set of baking
equipment consisting of one (1) unit of baking oven; electric roller machine; bread plates;
various baking tins and bread molds and other baking accessories attendant to bakery
activities;
That for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP80,
000.00) Philippine currency, of which on hand TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP20,
000.00) was partially paid by the VENDEE and receipt of which amount is hereby
acknowledged by the VENDOR to his full and entire satisfaction, by virtue of these
presents, the VENDOR SELLS, CEDES, TRANSFERS AND CONVEYS all his rights and
interests over the aforesaid property unto and in favour of the VENDEE, his company and
assigns in interest which said property is free from any lien and encumbrances whatsoever;
Provided, however, that the remaining balance of Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP60,
000.00) shall be paid by the VENDEE to the VENDOR in monthly installments of not less
than Five Thousand Pesos (PhP5, 000.00) per month starting one (1) month after the
signing of this instrument by both parties until the whole aforecited balance is fully paid by
the VENDEE;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein have hereunto affixed their signatures this
28th day of August, 2017 at Malita, Davao Occidental, Philippines.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME a notary public for and in the Province of Davao Occidental, personally
appeared Norberto A. Jaso, Sr. and Lester R. Emperador, both known to me and to me
known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument consisting of two (2)
pages including this page upon which this Acknowledgment is written and both
acknowledged to me that the same is their voluntary act and deed.
