SUBCONTRACTORS PROCUREMENT:

quality priority and Liaison with various stakeholders.

agreement with contractor, submitting the same as per requirements. Finally discussing with
client/consultant for approval. If required providing MOCK-UPS & facilitating SITE VISITS.
➢ Maintaining Job Site Instructions Log, coordinating with Construction team for closing JSI and NCR.
Preparation and Submission of Overtime for Consultant as per their availability in project in night
scheduled concrete casting, preparation of log for the same & report to management.
➢ Preparation of MONTHLY REPORTS for Quality Assurance & Quality Control department. It includes all
activities performed with approval logs. It is a mirror of project from QA/QC angle.
