Additional Instructions for mailing your package

Cut out the "return authorisation" and "prepaid return mailing label".
Include a copy of the “return authorisation” in your package and securely package the item to avoid damage
during return. If possible use the original packaging.
Stick the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel. Please ensure that mailing label covers
any previous delivery address and bar code.
If you don't have a printer and have difficulty printing all return documents please follow below steps
Write down the "to address" and "from address" legibly as it appears in the "Mailing label" and affix on
the package
Write the "Declaration Letter" in a piece of paper and attach to the package
Attach a copy of the original invoice / bill
