COZONAC

 1 kg faina,
 250g zahar,
 10 gălbenuşuri,
 un pic de sare,
 400 ml lapte,
 42g drojdie proaspata,
 coaja rasa de la o lamaie mare si o portocala mare,
 esenţa vanilie, zahar vanilat/ vanilina,
 200g smantana,
 cca 100 ml ulei ( sau unt sau ulei+unt..ptr framantat)

Ca umplutura 400g miez de nuca, 3 linguri mari zahar pudra, 2 linguri mari cacao amara,
esenţa rom, albuşurile de la oua...

100g rahar..stafide..
