2) INSTALLATION
_________________
Insert Grand Theft Auto: Vice City disc one ("INSTALL" disc) into the CD /
DVD drive. If you have Autoplay enabled then the setup routine will automatically
launch. If you do not have Autoplay enabled, then use Explorer to navigate Grand
Theft Auto: Vice City disc one, and manually launch setup.exe

2000 / XP User Accounts:

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City requires be installing, and running for the first time,
With a user account that has ADMINISTRATOR privileges. On the first run of the
game,
We decide whether or not to use DirectX Texture Compression, and then if necessary
Un-compress the games textures to your Hard Disk. For more information on
ADMINISTRATOR user accounts see your Windows 2000 / XP manual.

Footprint:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City requires approximately 915 MB of hard disk space if you
Choose not to install the radio stations to your hard disk. If you copy the Radio
Stations to your hard disk then you will need to have approximately 1.55 GB of free
Space. If the video card in your computer does not support DirectX Texture
Compression, then this means an EXTRA 635 MB is required for the un-compressed
textures.

Radio Stations:
During Installation, we offer the user the option to copy the Radio Station files from
The "PLAY" disc to your hard disk. On some machines this will provide a performance
Benefit, though you will need to weigh up the benefits, as on slower machines it is
Preferable to have the Radio Stations being played from a device on a separate IDE
Channel. Note that whether you copy the Radio Stations to hard disk or not, the game
Still requires the "PLAY" disc to be in your CD / DVD disk at all times.

Save Games:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City uses the "My Documents" directory of the currently
Logged in user to store the "GTA VICE CITY USER FILES" directory. This is where we
store your save games, individual settings files and game play statistics. This was
chosen to allow each user on a Windows 2000 or Windows XP system to have their own
set of saves, configurations and statistics.
Un-installation:
When Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is uninstalled, we do not delete the "MP3", "SKINS"
and "GTA VICE CITY USER FILES" directories. It is up to the user to remove these
manually.
3) GENERAL INFORMATION

DirectX:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City requires Microsoft DirectX 9.0 to run. As a consequence
we recommend that the video and sound drivers installed are also DirectX 9.0
compliant.

DirectX Texture Compression:

Where available, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will use DirectX Texture Compression.
If the video card does NOT offer DirectX Texture Compression, then we require an
EXTRA 635 MB of hard disk space to create the un-compressed textures (over and
above the
915 MB minimum install / 1.55 GB maximum install).

Windows XP:
We recommend manufacturer distributed drivers for Windows XP (i.e. drivers that
expose
the user controls for changing settings on the particular piece of hardware), instead
of the default drivers installed by Microsoft as part of the machine setup process.

Memory:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City requires at least 128 MB of memory to run. In most cases
on a computer with 128 MB of Ram, disk swapping will occur. For optimal performance
at least 256 MB is recommended.

Running Applications:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City has been designed to take best advantage of the available
machine it is running upon, therefore we recommend that you close down all
applications
before running Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. We do not support the use of CD emulators,
and as such these programs will be closed down when run in the background.
Video Memory:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City requires a video card with at least 32 MB of video memory
to run. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will refuse to run if launched on a machine with
less than 32 MB of video memory.

Intel Celeron and AMD Duron Processors:

These processors play slower than their direct MHz equivalent Pentium III and AMD
Athlon, as a consequence we recommend 1.2 GHz as the base speed for these processors.

4) CONFIGURATION
__________________

Sound Provider:
The first time you launch Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, we auto-detect the best sound
provider for your available Sound Card. You can also manually select alternatives.
Providers which are not compatible with your Sound Card will not be selectable.

MP3 Volume Boost:

This setting allows you to assign an additional boost in the volume that your available
MP3 files are played back with. This will only be selectable if the game detects the
presence of MP3 files in the MP3 directory.

Dynamic Acoustic Modeling:

Turning off Dynamic Acoustic Modeling in the Sound Options will give a small
performance
gain.

Screen Resolution:
Selecting lower Screen Resolutions in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City display setup will
allow faster gameplay on lower end machines. Also, using 16 bit color, instead of 32 bit
color, will help in these circumstances.

Frame Limit:
We do not suggest disabling the "Frame Limit" in the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
display
Setup page, as this will lead to a more "variable" rate of playback.

VSYNC:
We recommend that you make sure you have set your video card to VSYNC ON in your
video
card advanced options (from Control Panel/Display Properties).

5) PC SPECIFIC EXTRAS

Skins:
The appearance of Tommy can be altered or changed by editing inside a paint program
a skin file. Skin files need to be 24 bit un-compressed bitmaps of size 256 * 256.
An example file is provided in your "SKINS" directory called "TEXTURE_GUIDE.JPG".
When applied, the skins will only affect Tommy's street outfit, and only in-game,
not in cut-scenes.

MP3 Radio Station files:

We have provided the ability to play the users own music files instead of the
Radio Stations. Simply place your MP3 files into your "Grand Theft Auto Vice
City/MP3"
directory, and then use the "change station" key to cycle to the MP3 radio station.
Use the MP3 boost volume control to add extra amplification to your MP3 music files
to equalize the volume relative to the Radio Stations and Sound Effects.

Stat Saving:
During a game, you can output the detailed list of your in-game accomplishments from
the STATS menu. On this menu pressing "S" will output a "STATS.TXT" file and a
"STATS.HTML"
file to the "GTA VICE CITY USER FILES" directory of the currently logged in user.
Standard / Classic mode:
Standard mode allows for the control of Tommy with Keyboard and Mouse; Classic
mode
is similar to the control system employed in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on the
PlayStation2 using a control pad.

Mouse Steering:
In Standard mode, there is an option to allow you to use your mouse to steer vehicles.
This is not available in Classic mode.

Replays:
The last 30 seconds of gameplay is available as a replay to play back at any time.
To use a replay:-

F1 - Replay the last 30 seconds of gameplay.

F2 - Save the last 30 seconds of gameplay as a file.
F3 - Recall and show the last saved replay file.

6) KNOWN ISSUES
_________________

Windows 98 Installation
On some Windows 98 machines, there can be problems with the Installshield version
that
we use. This can be caused by an invalid "OLEAUT32.DLL" file. Often this file is an
updated version to the one that is installed during the machine setup routine. This
problem usually manifests itself as an error message when you re-boot your machine
after
DirectX 9.0 setup.
This error message is often of the form:-

Error number: 0x80070725

Description: Incompatible version of the RPC stub
To correct this problem, un-install Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (If the "Start Bar" and
"Add/Remove Programs" un-install shortcuts do not work, then un-install by launching
the
setup routine from the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City "INSTALL" disc - this is one of the
symptoms of this DCOM error). Once you have un-installed Grand Theft Auto: Vice
City,
perform the following procedure to fix your DCOM installation, then you will be able
to install Grand Theft Auto: Vice City correctly. We are sorry that we cannot
redistribute this file, but the Microsoft EULA for this file prevents us doing this.

Instructions to correct this problem (From Microsoft Installshield Support)

1) Download to your Desktop, but do not run, the Distributed Component Object Model
(DCOM) file.
Windows 98: http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q105810/dcom98.exe

2) Select Start > Shutdown

3) Select Restart in MS-DOS mode.

4) At the command prompt c:¥WINDOWS, enter the following commands on separate

lines
as shown. Windows automatically restarts.

CD c:¥windows¥system
rename oleaut32.dll oleaut32.old
exit

5) Ignore the error message: "A required .DLL file, C:¥windows¥system¥oleaut32.dll,

was not found." This error message appears because the file was renamed in step 4.

6) Log in as you normally would.

7) Double-click the file you downloaded to your Desktop in step 1. Click Yes
to the dialog that opens. The dcom.exe file installs a new oleaut32.dll file.
8) After DCOM has been installed, select Start > Restart.

S3 Pro Savage, Savage 4 and Savage 2000 video cards:

We found these video cards have missing texture problems in 16 bit color which are
cured in 32 bit color, so we suggest using these video cards in 32 bit color.

3dfx Voodoo 5 video cards:

While Grand Theft Auto: Vice City does run on Voodoo 5 video cards, the age of the
drivers means that there are minor visual artifacts that cannot be corrected, and
so we do not support this chipset, or previous 3dfx chipsets.

Matrox surround gaming:

We have not implemented any support for Matrox Surround Gaming / 3 monitor mode.
Please use single monitor mode on Matrox Parhelia video cards.

Matrox G550 and G400 video cards:

Minor graphic corruptions in the distance while playing Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
and during the intro movie.

ATI Rage 128 video cards:

Minor graphic corruptions during the intro movie.

SIS 315 video cards:

Minor graphic corruptions during the intro movie.

Motherboard based sound chips:

We have found certain motherboard based sound chipsets do not report having a
hardware sound buffer, and crash with Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. We found that
running Microsoft's "DXDIAG" and performing the sound tests, will present the user
with an error message saying that a hardware buffer is not supported, and would you
like to use a software buffer. Selecting a software buffer will allow this sound chipset
to work with Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Hard disk de-fragmentation:

If you are experiencing short, periodic slowdowns whilst driving, Grand Theft Auto:
Vice City may be having trouble retrieving data at a fast enough rate from your hard
disk. It is recommended that you run your systems De-fragmentation utility regularly
to allow optimum performance.

Changing hardware / re-initialization:

Changing either your video card or soundcard may mean that you get Grand Theft
Auto:
Vice City into an "invalid" settings state for the particular hardware. If you change
Hardware, to prevent having to un-install and re-install Grand Theft Auto: Vice City,
Perform the following:-
Video card:-
- delete from the "Grand Theft Auto Vice City/models" directory the files
"TXD.DIR" and "TXD.IMG" (if they exist)
- delete from the "Grand Theft Auto Vice City/data" directory the file
"CAPS.DAT"
- delete from the "Documents and Settings/Current logged-in User/
My Documents/GTA Vice City User Files" directory the "GTA_VC.SET" file.
Sound Card:-
- delete from the "Documents and Settings/Current logged-in User/
My Documents/GTA Vice City User Files" directory the "GTA_VC.SET" file.

7) DRIVERS

Video Drivers:
We recommend using the latest available Video drivers for your video card. Where
Available use the video chipset manufacturers "Reference" drivers in preference to
Video card manufacturer customized drivers or Microsoft WHQL certified drivers.
This means for nVidia based cards Detonator 4 series drivers, and for ATI based cards
Catalyst 3 series drivers.

Below for convenience are common video card manufacturer's websites. Grand Theft
Auto:
Vice City may not support some or all video cards by a particular manufacturer.

 GTA Vice City Hints
1. All helicopter locations,
It should be noted that sometimes NONE of these helicopters show up at one time or
another. If this happens, just play around for a bit - do a mission or something - and then
come back and see if it is there. I promise you, they come either immediately or soon after.

I. Hyman Heli: On top of the Hyman building, the building is available for purchase in the
Downtown area, right by the Ammu Nation. It's at the far north of downtown, right by
the stadium, if that helps. After that, there is a little passageway in between the
garages labeled "Roof Access". Take it, and there's a heli waiting.

II. VCPD Heli: On top of the police building near the above mentioned 'Hyman Building'. It
can be reached by some steps on the side of the main building.

III. VCN Heli: Some cheat guides say there are no stairs to this heli, and they're correct, but
there is a very quick way to get this one WITHOUT having to get one of the others and
landing next to it. Go to the VCN building (just north-east of the building with a
massive hole in it for landing or whatever) on foot, and look for where the logo is. Beside
this, there are some more doors. One of these is open, and inside is an elevator. As soon
as you go inside you will go to the roof of the building. Then, there are some ramps up to
the helipad, and viol・

2. Beat G-Spotlight easily

Before you do the mission steal a helicopter and bring it to any of the places by
where the mission is, i suggest you do the mission once before, before you try it. Anyway,
park it anywhere on one of the skyscrapers (preferably close to the beginning of the run) and
start the mission. Get a bike and drive it al the way to the helicopter, then just hop in the
helicopter and fly through all of the checkpoints. Now you never have to worry about falling
off of the bike and have to star over again.

3. Drowned man
Between the 2 Islands right to the west of the golf course in the water there are rocks
that u see under water. On the rocks under water there is a man with cement around his
feat. He was thrown in the water and he is there dead forever in the game.

4. Easy races
I. The Driver Mission
This one is very tough. If you do the proper techniques, then it's much, much eaiser,
even though you need quite a bit of luck. Hilary is very fast, and his car has great turning,
and you only have a setinal. So you got to turn wide, and try taking shortcuts through the
grass, or sidewalks as much as you can. With luck, you must have. You need to make sure
that Hilary gets hit with your two wanted levels, but he can't die, or mission fails. Use the B
for brakes if you need it, but keep on driving while doing so.
II. Alloy Wheels of Steel mission
After you start the mission, don't grab the empty angel and start the race at the blip.
Look at all of the bikers first. Now, see the pink blip? And now, see the biker farthest from
the blip? His bike is a Super Angel, and can turn great, speed up great, and can break much
easier. So, jack his bike, and win the race
III. Sunshine Autos
First, you need a grenade, or a rocket launcher. Now, go to a race you are in, or going
to, and equip the weapon. Now, aim the rocket launcher so it can hit all three of the cars. Or
throw the grenade at the middle car. Then, just complete the race by going through all
checkpoints, while taking all the time you want.

5. Other Hints

1. Get your car repaired for free!

OK, you get car bash it up and get dark smoke. Then go to one of the garages that
YOU own. Crash it in the garage until it goes on fire. Then QUICKLY go and get out of the
car, run out of the garage, (while the car is still on fire)the garage door will close, when it
does go back into the garage and your car is as good as new.
2. Hidden Spot In vice city
Lights go up! As you watch the beautiful works
go to the back of the club where u see the cops and that dancing where you see a
building at around 7:00 8:00 pm lights show up in a beautiful pattern i learnt that
3. How to kill Diaz easily!
Before doing the mission where you kill Diaz, go down the stairs in the mansion
and collect the shotgun. Then find the mission. when you shoot Diaz, he will fall down, shoot
him again, and he will die more easily!!
4. Kill people, get money, no cops
Get a car. Go the where the red bridge is and drive your car into water. Blow the
car up. People will come running into water. Get their money but don't drown yourself!
5. Passenger Mission Hint
For missions involving picking up passengers such as the taxi or paramedic missions,
save seconds off of each run by getting passengers into your vehicle faster. Do this by using a
melee weapon such as a baseball bat or golf club, and hit the doors until they fall off. Don't
hit the door too many times to prevent damage to the vehicle itself. Also, don't knock off the
driver side door, because that provides you with protection from police wanting to bust you.
6. Phnom Penh '86 (Mission)
Not a Cheat, But a Hint.
For A Stage Called Phnom Penh '86, You Have To Go With Lance In A Helicopter To Prawn
Island And Shoot At People, That’s Kinda The Easy Bit, But Once Your Set Down You Have
To Go In The Abandoned Building And Shoot At The People Shooting At You. There is No
Point Shooting with the Gun Your Given with Cuz, By the Time You Are Set on a Person,
They Would Have Killed You, ANYWAY

Before You Get There, Find A Grenade (Behind The Police Station, At Vice Point, I Think)
And When You Go In The Abandoned Building Chuck A Couple Of Bombs In And It Will Be
Way Easier To Get Through, Hold Down The Trigger At Medium Force, Cuz If You Put It At
High It Will Go Past Where Your Aiming And If You Go Low, You Could Kill Yourself
7. Plane race
if you want to play a flying game go to north point mall parking lot, go to the highest level
and get in the top fun van in the right hand corner this will bring up a remote control plane
race
8. Shoot at the moon.
I was bored, so I selected the Sniper, and shot at the moon at about 10 o'clock at the airport.
It gets bigger with every shot! When you reload, it returns to smaller than it was before.
Weird.
9. Unlimited run
Ok here is the inside scoop when you run keep pressing A and there you have it you'll never
stop: 0
10. Where to get a hummer.
The hummer is behind some boards on Prawn Island. When you enter the film thingy go left
all the way to the wall. u should see some stairs. Walk forward a bit and look around the
hummer should be behind you on the right side. Ps: the hummers called the patriot.

To get some quick cash, go get a gun with auto targeting. I suggest getting a
Tec9, Uzi, Ingram Mac 10, or MP5 for this part since you can run with those
Weapons. Now that you have it, go to North Point Mall. When you get there, go
To the Tool Shop. Once there, rob it. Then when you have your wanted level,
Run to The Gash and change costumes. Then, rob The Gash and run to the tool
shop and change clothes. Now, just repeat the process and the money will rise.

12. Free Pay N Spray:

-----------------
To do this, just put in the Health cheat before going inside the Pay N Spray
And it will spray it for free.

13. Coppers Can't Get Me Now:

-------------------------
If you are in a Coach, the cops cannot arrest you. They will simply make you
Lose control of the Coach but you will not get arrested. To gain control
Again, just get out of the Coach and get back in.

14. Make Decent Money Fast:

-----------------------
This is a really good way to make a quick $1,000. As it turns out, parking is
ridiculously expensive in Vice City. On a North and South running street in
Downtown on the second island (south of the Hyman Condo), there is a street
covered in parking meters (it may be a curved street, I am not sure). If you
run into them (or maybe use a tool like the hammer or baseball bat), you
knock about $2-400 out of them. The only problem is if you hit them too fast,
you will wrap your car around them and they'll get stuck in the engine.
Explosions are usually imminent. I don't think that this willful destruction
of private property even generates a wanted level so you're basically just
able to get decent cash with minimal effort.

15. No More Wanted Level:

To automatically have no more wanted level, just save your game. Now, load it
again and no more wanted level.

16. Get To Little Havana Early Trick Involving Any Car:

To do this, just put in the Cars Float On Water cheat and drive there. It's

To higher your accuracy, get a machine gun with lots and lots of ammo. This
works best when you have infinite ammo from either a cheating device or
getting 100 percent. You can either get a tank and keep shooting it and it
will higher your accuracy over time or you can shoot a blown up car carcass.
If you want to do this without actually having to play, just tape down the
shoot button and go to sleep. When you wake up, you have a lot better
accuracy. Try to do this with the M4 and in 3rd person view and not first.

21. Look At All The Sea Animals:

I forgot who first made this strategy, but if you go waist high in the water
along the coasts of the islands, you can crouch down in it and not drown. To
use this, use your sniper rifle and zoom in and you can see all kinds of
animals like sharks, turtles, jellyfish, and regular fish.

22. Sparrow:
--------
Go to the roof of the building where you first started G Spotlight and there
will be a Sparrow parked there. There is
also one on the roof of a house near the Pay N Spray in Ocean Beach. To get
to it, go to the Collars And Cuffs in Ocean Beach. Then, go down that alley
where Collars And Cuffs is and there will be a parking garage on your right.
Go to the top floor and there will be some ramps. Before jumping, look around
and find the Sparrow and then jump to it. I'm not sure if you can reach it in
one jump or not so you might half to jump more than 1 roof. The parking
garage is also located near the Pay N Spray. It is white and has around 5
stories. For the easiest way, just get to the Pay N Spray in Ocean Beach.
Now, go to that place right by it with the parked PCJ-600 and Banshee (or
sometimes Cheetah's or Infernos’). Now, get the PCJ-600 and back up all the
way from the white stairs. Back up until you have crossed the street and have
went in the alley with the gray pavement. Keep going back until you reach the
shrubs. Now, punch the gas and go fast and hit the stairs. You need to clear
the first building and land on the second one. It is pink. The Sparrow will
be up there. There is also one across from the Links View Apartment. Across
the street from it is a building with an arched entrance that you can go in.
Go inside the arch, there will be some backyards. There should be a Sparrow
in the first one on your right.

23. Guy In Freezer:

In the opening sequence where Sonny Forelli is talking to all of his men,
eventually a freezer will be shown in one of the scenes. If you look inside
it, there is a man being hung by big slabs of meat in the freezer. I guess he
got on their bad side.

24. How to increase your health to 125:

In the night Get a nice car and get near any prostitute (probably
wearing black dress - 2 piece) and press horn she will come and talk
to you. Then she will get into the car park the car near any corner
place. After some times your money will be reducing and your health
will increase up to 125 get her back to the road. She will get down.
If you want the money back you can kill her and take it back.

25. Constellation Rock star:

At night, there is a constellation of stars that makes up the Rock star games
symbol. It is the R with the star/* at the end.

26. Someone Give Him A Hand:

First, go to the butcher shop in Little Havana. If you look in the window,

If you complete any of the races at the Hyman Memorial Stadium, you will get
a trophy according to what race you completed. They appear on top of your
television at the Vercetti Estate. There is also a trophy for doing the
shooting range missions at the Downtown Ammunition

28. Guy With Cement Shoes In The Middle Of The Ocean:

Get a boat and from the Leaf Links Golf Course, head towards the second
island. Now you should see a couple of big rocks under the water. You should
see a guy with cement shoes just in the bottom of the ocean. If you still
can't find him, get a boat and then head to Diaz's mansion. Now facing the
mansion (you should be facing North according to the radar), turn right and
keep going straight and you should see him.
29. Money Cheat:

First buy any property that has garage. Then get A police car.
Drive the car to your garage. Start the vigilante mission.
Get out of the car. You will be give 60 seconds to return to a
police vehicle. Get out of the garage. When the garage door closes
type the cheat "BIGBANG". All nearby vehicles including the criminals
vehicle will blast. And the vehicle you stored in the garage will be
auto repaired. Then you will get a reward of 50 bucks. Then again
enter the car that you stored in the garage. Again get out of the car.
Again get out of the garage. Type in "BIGBANG". Again the threat will
be eliminated. You could do this as many times as you like.
30. Hint:

when on a mission, if you want to kill the enemy driving in any vehicle
(indicated with a marker in the map) just type big bang. boom, the mission
is completed.
Note: If you are inside any vehicle, get down from the vehicle and move
to a distance and type big bang
31. Drive Car In Mansion:

Get A fast Car and drive towards the entrance of the mansion, then
Bail out at the last minute and the car will go flying in. go inside

When you see you vehicles (cars, motorcycles and etc) pause the game
and type aspirine.It may look wrecked but it wont explode.

33. Mission: Keep your friends close:

As soon as you get control of your character stay in your office and protect
the safe with a colt python (handgun that kills people in one shot) then when
it tells you to kill lance just sprint up to him and chase while ignoring
everyone else. continue chasing lance up the stairs and kill everyone in your
way(Just before you go on the roof you may want to use cheats like restore
health and restore armor). When you get to the roof run towards the helicopter
pad and pick off everyone slowly while hiding behind the wall near the
helicopter pad. When you kill lance run back down the stairs and get the large
wide stairs in the huge hall. Then a cut scene with sonny Forelli will appear
and as soon as that is over run away from him and run back up to the rooftop
where you killed lance, then get out your rocket launcher (use cheat if necessary,
and remember to refresh your health and armor). With your rocket launcher stand
on the edge of the rooftop on the tiles until you can see the !
three limousines that spawn enemies then blow those three up to make life easier.
Then jump all the way down to driveway but make sure you re well away from the
front stairs when you make your jump. When you hit the ground remember to kill
anyone attacking you (refresh your health and armor with cheats if necessary).
Then approach the from the large stairs( you should be outside now). Then fire
at Sonny like there's now tomorrow with rockets it took me five rockets for
me to kill him.
① Keep Your Friends Close (how to beat it without cheating):

Although using cheats, it's relatively easy to beat any mission, it's
a fun challenge to go through the game without cheating (or at least
not saving when you do)
For the final mission, the best gun to use (in my opinion) is the
Mini gun, which you can buy from Phil's place for the giveaway price
of $10,000 (but by this point you should have enough money for this
to be no problem). Also buy extra ammo...
When the mission starts, stand at the top of the stais and shoot
people before they even get in the front door... you shouldn't even
get shot once. When Lance comes in, you might have to move back into
the office, because more men will come from the sides. With the mini gun,
you dont need to chase Lance at all, just shoot at him (and hit) for like
a second, and he'll die. Same for when Sonny comes in... I beat the
mission like that only losing about 70 armor. It was easy.
 34. EASY MONEY? PLAY DIRTY!

Its not really a cheat, but its a trick. you can get 40grand per round with this.
first you at least have 40 grand’s to buy the showroom near the airport, go to
the basement, in the right room there is a map of vice city and a list of
illegal street race. put your bet on 40k winning race. get a vehicle, any
vehicle, even if you only find a golf cart, use it. go out the show room and
3 rival cars already park waiting for you. don’t park near them yet. go around
them from the grass field, keep straight until you reach the cross road. go
to the marina hotel near by, in the middle of the hotel there are bazooka
launcher ready to be picked. you know what to do next. go back to the cross
road, out from your vehicle, take a few steps, watch for cops, aim, and FIRE! 2
Bazzoka will be enough for your rivals BBQ. get to your vehicle and enjoy a very
Peace full joyride over the Vice city and win the 40K! in the end of the trips.
35. While doing vigilance mission:

Type the cheat panzer and get into a tank. After pressing the
caps Lock the mission starts by showing yellow dots the outlaws
to be eliminated at this point get down from the tank and get
to a distance from the tank and type big bang the level will be
completed. Again u can type panzer to get a tank and you can do
as many level as possible.
