Narrative The above listed subject was issued six Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above
listed charges after patrol observed a vehicle traveling West on Elm Street with an
inadequate exhaust. A traffic stop was initiated and patrol detected the odor of
consumed alcoholic beverage coming from the listed subject. The listed subject
was asked to complete a series of roadside sobriety tests, which she failed. The
listed subject was then asked to provide a roadside breath sample which she
refused to take. A DMV check revealed that the listed subject has a court order
stating she must have an ignition interlock device in the vehicle; there was no
such device in the vehicle. DMV also revealed the subject to have no NYS license
and a suspended Florida State driver’s license. The listed subject has a previous
alcohol related conviction from 2016.
