Sir, ‘The Executive Committee, Central Board of Trustees in its 63 meeting held on 10.11.2008 has approved the following amendments in Enforcement Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer and Superintendent Departmental Competitive Examination Scheme, 2002 Circulated vide our letter No. Exam.16 (2)2000/608 dated 18.12.2002. “4(i) This Scheme may be called the Enforcement Officer /Assistant Accounts Officer/Section Officer Departmental Competitive Examination Scheme, 2008. 4(ii) The Examination under this scheme shall be held for filling up of vacant posts of Enforcement Officer /Assistant Accounts Officer in the Regions and the post of Section Officer in the Head Office, falling under Examination Quota as prescribed in the relevant Recruitment Rules. (il) It shall come into force from the date of its notification. 2. In paras 2 (a) , 3, 4(b) and 15 the word “Superintendent” may be substituted with the words “Section Officer” 3. In the schedule, vide syllabus for the above said examination, the words Superintendent” may be substituted with the word “Section Officer” ‘The above said amendment is hereby notified and, thus, comes into farce from the date of issue of this letter i.e 14" day of January,2009.
