General approach to print quality diagnostics

1. Gather customer print quality defect samples

2. Check the source image
3. Check if ColorLok paper is available
4. Check for Genuine HP cartridges
5. Are any PM items due?
6. Check event log for Printing System related Codes
7. Follow this sequence:
Step 1: Print Quality Pre Check
Step 2: Drop Detect Status Check
In Order!
Step 3: Nozzle Health Evaluation
Step 4: Printhead Alignment Calibration
Step 5: Color Density Calibration
8. Print Quality defects still persist? Collect samples and machine data and escalate!
