hiring of Christa Oldham as Vice President, Client Executive in Employee Benefits. She will be based out
of the firm's Chicago office.

Christa brings nearly two decades of employee benefits consulting and brokerage success to Plexus. She
has executed numerous high-level benefits initiatives while creating, developing, and deploying strategies
to positively impact clients and their employees. At Plexus, she will be responsible for personally
managing a portfolio of clients.
