Narrative

I was dispatched to the listed address to meet with a complainant reference an ex-employee.
Upon arrival, I met with parts manager, , who stated he had had a previous problem with a now
ex-employee, John Highnote reference and he wished to issue a Trespass Warning because John was there
to pick up his last paycheck, and he had no reason to be on the property in the future. John was asked to sign a document, stating
he received his pay check, at which time he left without incident. A Trespass Warning was issued by the complainant,
parts manager, in my presence. No further action taken by me.
