✓ Academic Marksheets - Mark sheet/
Certificate of 10th & 12th Exam, Mark
Sheet/Certificate of Subsequent Years of
Education e.g. B.E., B.Com., B.Sc., etc.,
✓ Standardized Tests Scorecard - GRE/
GMAT/ TOFEL/ IELTS & Scholarship
Documents
✓ Updated Resume.
✓ Income Proof of Applicant
✓ Last 6 Months Bank Statements (Bank
Account where Salary receipts are credited
every month & EMIs being paid.)
✓ Latest 3 Salary Slips or Salary Certificate
on Employer's Letterhead.
✓ Last 2 years’ Form 16 from Employer or
Last 2 Years’ Income Tax Returns.
In case of Self Employed or Professional:
✓ Latest 8 months Current Bank A/C for
the primary business accounts (copies of
all the relevant bank accounts if multiple)
✓ Latest 8 months Savings Bank A/C
(copies of all the relevant bank accounts
if multiple)
✓ 3CB & 3CD to be collected for
Professionals with turnover more than 15
lakh and for others whose turnover is
more than 60 lakh.
✓ Last 3 years Audited Financials of the
Company & Individual Co-Applicant with
Computation of Income, Profit and Loss
account and all schedules.
