QUESTION: Is tailgating allowed at PARC facilities?

ANSWER: Activities such as grilling, drinking alcohol, using illegal drugs or tailgating in any

QUESTION: If I am a monthly parker at a PARC facility, where can I park?

Monthly parkers at PARC facilities must plan on parking at their designated facility. However,
reserved and unreserved monthly parking spaces may be limited and occupied by other
patrons in your facility. Only after your facility has filled to capacity will your monthly access
card be honored at another PARC facility. A PARC employee will direct you to the next
available facility; show your access card to the pre-collect attendant to gain access. If you do
not have your monthly access card, you will be required to pay the event rate to park.

SOUTHERN INDIANA
Colgate Lot
The Clarks Landing Company -- the redeveloper of the Colgate plant -- is teaming up with
Special Olympics Indiana - Clark County to provide Thunder Over Louisville parking near the
Second Street Bridge in Clarksville.
The parking fee for cars, SUVs and trucks is $20 per vehicle spot. Motorcycles are $10 per
vehicle spot. RV parking in the paved designated lot is $200 per spot for the weekend for
advance reservation and $250 on Thunder day. A percentage of each fee will directly benefit
the participants in Special Olympics Clark County. This year they have allocated space for
Thunder Day for vendors.
All advance reservation inquiries can be directed to 502 963-3650 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Kye's
Reserved spaces are available for both cars and RVs. Parking spaces will also be available on
Thunder Day on a first-come, first-served basis. Those spaces will fill up quickly.

RVs cannot arrive before 6 p.m. on April 20.

Due to heavy traffic and the difficulty of policing the passes, you may not come and go from
the property after 1 p.m. If you leave the park after that time, you will not be allowed back in
without paying even if you had a spot reserved. You may, of course, arrive at any time during
the day.
The only entry into the property will be through South Clark Boulevard next to the Colgate
Clock.
