Teacher and First, I will show students an anchor chart of what a problem and solution is. On
Students the anchor chart it will say “A problem is a challenge or an obstacle and a
solution is how the problem is fixed or solved.” There will be an example of how
a boy hit his head and the solution was how he got an ice pack to resolve that
problem.
