2019 East Huron Market Application

Outdoor: Thursdays 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Fridays 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Saturdays 9:00a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Indoor: Monday – Saturday: Hours Vary
Open year round

Seasonal applications due by April 1, 2019 if you are planning on selling when we open on May 2, 2019. Once you have
turned in your application and have paid in full, you may begin setting up your stall/stand.

Pricing:

Outdoor Booths: Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday (10x10, approx. 120 sq. ft.)
_____ Weekly: Thursday, Friday, Saturday $50 Payment due 1st Thursday by noon

_____ Monthly: Four consecutive weeks $180 $90 due 1st Thursday of the month, $90 due by the 15th

_____ Seasonal: May 2 – October 31, 27 weeks $1200 $200 due 1st Thursday of the month, $100 due by the 1st Thursday

of every month thereafter

_____ Yearly: Three days a week, 52 weeks $2300 $400 due 1st Thursday of the month, $200 due by 1st Thursday

of every month thereafter

Indoor Booths: Open Monday - Saturday (9x14 or 11x11, approx. 130 sq. ft.)
_____ Monthly: Four Consecutive weeks $400.00 Payment due the 1st Thursday of every month

_____ Yearly: Three days a week, 52 weeks $4800.00 First and last month due upfront ($800). $400/month thereafter

➢ Market is held rain or shine so please plan accordingly for Michigan weather.
➢ East Huron Market does not provide credit card machines. We provide free WIFI so that you can connect your own
credit card machine.
➢ No smoking at vendor stalls.
➢ The East Huron Market has a Market Grievance Policy.
➢ The East Huron Market requires that vendors report their sales. This information is strictly confidential and is used only
as a quantifying figure for tracking the success of the Market.
➢ The East Huron Market is NOT a consignment type of business.
➢ If you are selling monthly, seasonally or yearly, we require you to sign a contract for us specifying the time you will be
occupying the stall.

Vendor Compliance and Indemnity Agreement:

I (we), the undersigned, have read the Rules and Regulation for East Huron Market, and do agree to abide by all of these
rules and regulations.

I (we) further understand that failure to comply with the rules and regulations of East Huron Market and federal, state
and county regulations and licensing, could mean dismissal from the market. In the event this should happen, I (we) understand
that no refund will be issued.

As a vendor wishing to participate in East Huron Market, I (we) agree to SAVE, HOLD HARMLESS AND IDEMNIFY EAST
HURON MARKET, the City of Vassar and any other property owners associated with the East Huron Market from any and all
liability or responsibility pertaining to any damages to person or property on the site assigned to me (us) by East Huron Market,
when such damages or liability arise out of acts of my (our)own, or of my (our) employees or associates, located at such site.
