ICICI bank Awas Yojana Loans at subsidized rates of 6.5 %
The ICICI bank has planned a scheme to provide millions of Indian, their own dream house, which currently
they cannot afford right now. This scheme is in support to the Prime Minister’s housing scheme for the
common masses namely the Awas Yojana. Under this scheme, the ICICI will provide easy housing loans with
low interest rates andeasy options of EMI so that the financially weaker sections of the population can also
accomplish their dream of having their own house.
Under this scheme, the ICICI will provide housing loans at subsidized rates of 6.5 % annually for the loan
amount of Rs. 6 lakh (maximum). This subsidy will be credit linked. This housing loan will be provided along
with the partnership with National Housing Bank, which will administer the entire housing project. And the
maximum loan tenure to get the subsidy is 15 years.

Because normally cost of house is too high, and male candidate has to take loan from bank, in this case half of the
salary went for Housing loan installment. so male candidate will not take benefits of this scheme. So it is my humble
request to PM sir to consider male candidate in this scheme for benefit of interest.

PMAY is in force from june 2015 all over india
PMAY is being implemented by means of 4 Verticals for more information you can visit the site http://mhupa.gov.in and
check detailed information for PMAY
the scheme is for EWS and LIG group
EWS is defined as a group of people whose house hold income is less than Rs 3 lakh per year
LIG is defined as group of people whose house hold income is more than Rs 3 lakh and less than Rs 6 lakh per year
the scheme is applicable to EWS and LIG category house build as per National Building come
EWS house is a house that has carpet area upto 30 square meter
LIG house is a house that has Carpet area upto 60 square meter
under this scheme it is necessary that female member of household should have her name in the property that means
property can be in name of wife or in joint name of wife and husband if the property is only in name of husband than
the benefit wil not be given

application with Rs.1000 (nonrefundable) and 10000 members in this scheme will be selected by computerised draw.
Are they really selling flats under this scheme or it is something of their own projects? And are there any other projects

now we are lived in rental house from 20 years in belgaum city area in karnataka state with family without own house.
but we are unable to construct of house / own house due to low income. what can we do. when govt should be help to
given free house for living purpose is essenial for BPL Ration Card holder in India.. then india government become
improve or developement in the world… so please help and direction to bpl ration card holder / low income holders for
helding free house purpose…
