ISSUE: 20180428- Re: The gross incompetence of governing, etc & the constitution

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

We have a Minister of Immigration who as ‘responsible Minister’ find that his decisions are on
average more overturned then upheld by the tribunal. This makes a mockery of being a
responsible Minister. What we have is tribunal members now taking over government. What
should be legislated is that a Ministers decision can only be appealed (review) on error of law.
How absurd and idiotic is for example the following:

Let get this correct: ‘The AAT said it wasn’t for it to punish him more.’
As I understand it the tribunal is to review the Ministers decision if it was made correctly and as
such, it does not apply any form of punishment at all. It should consider if the Minister acted
appropriately in the decision making process. If it was information that the Minister failed to
consider but should have been then I view the matter should have been returned to the Minister
for reconsideration. It is however appalling that a tribunal can interfere with a proper
executed ministerial decision. What it appears in my view to do is to suspend the Ministers
Authority and then set itself up as some authority second guessing what the tribunal considers is
a form of punishment. This I view is beyond its Authority as it now is taking over the authority
of the relevant Minister. So, unelected tribunal members now are governing instead of the
government! What a crap and utter and sheer nonsense! Some innocent person is kicked to death
and not the Government but the AAT (who now is hijacking the governing) now decides the
governing! And Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has let this go on?
We also seem to have a Prime Minister who is so aloof about governing that it appears to me that
he toes the line with the UK Prime Minister Theresa may rather than to put his own brain (for
what he may have) into gear and primary consider the safety and wellbeing of Australians rather
than warmongering.

In my view it was the manner President Donald Trump was conducting matters that so to say s
cared the living daylight out of the North Korean President and well the result is now shown. I
rec all how Julie Bishop and PM Michael Turnbull and Bill Shorten were all geared up against
North Korea whereas I wrote at the time those warmongers should stay clear from North Korea.
I was right alright! And the same with Syria, the warmongers are on it again and PM Malcolm
Turnbull to me seems to have lost his marbles to support international criminal conduct. That I
view is aiding and abetting with war criminals. Check out the quotes below and you may notice
that Porton Down’s name creeps up again. UK PM Theresa May I view is a Brail deception again
and hypocritical to have manufacturing in Porton Down’s chemical weapons that then were
provided to the terrorist in Syria, as did Germany and the US and I understand also France!

 SPUTNIKNEWS – April 21, 2018: The Syrian government forces on Friday have found large amounts of
militants’ weapons, including those produced in the United States, in the city of Dumayr, located north-east
of the Syrian capital of Damascus, local media reported.
On Thursday, the Syrian state TV reported that militants from the Jaysh al-Islam armed group were
surrendering their weapons and had started to leave the city with their family members.
In the southern part of Dumayr, the Syrian army has found several US-produced TOW anti-tank missiles, a
large amount of rockets and mortars, as well as RPGs, Grad rockets, dozens of improvised explosive devices,
mines, and remote detonators, SANA news agency reported on Friday citing its war correspondent.

So now Russia has 2 of those so called ‘smart’ weapons, who decided to be so smart that they
didn’t explode to be handed over to the Russian Federation. No need to use spies, as the US is
providing them intact. It seems to me that President Donald Trump was conned not just by his
advisers and Intelligence Service (haven’t we heard this before?) but also by the weapon
suppliers. A warning not to purchase of those weapon suppliers their rot!
And the Russian Federation now allegedly able to block electronic weapon communication may
just have the upper-hand in any military dispute. I view Malcolm Turnbull should get the
message this is not some little kids game but one of competent adults who understand what they
are doing, and this I view Malcolm Turnbull proved not to do as otherwise he would have
considered my advice to remain NEUTRAL and get first the facts!
Let us be clear about it, we have a Prime Minister who I view is obsessed with what goes on in
Syria but unable to appropriately govern for the safety and wellbeing of Australians. As the
Herald Sun 27 April 2018 on its front page made clear:

Why on earth are we paying Ministers for when the tribunal albeit unconstitutionally is taking
over? Again, when we have what I consider a vague and aloof Prime Minister than get rid of him
and get a more competent person perform the job appropriately!
