*LMA2017756004* Expedite Notification 15-MAR-2018

Dear EMMA RUTH MACHUCA QUISPE,

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Lima, Peru approved your request to process your immigrant visa case expeditiously. We are
forwarding your case file to the embassy or consulate for their action.

The Consular Section will contact you to schedule your visa interview once they receive your case file. This can take several
weeks. If there is a change to your address (mail or email) or phone number, please tell the U.S. Embassy or Consulate right away
to ensure they know how to get in touch with you. You can find contact information online at usembassy.gov.

Preparing for the Interview

If we sent your case overseas before you submitted all of the required fees and documents, you must bring these items to your
interview. This includes both proof of your petitioner’s income and the civil documents that confirm your identity and
relationship, such as birth and marriage certificates. To learn more about what documents are required, please visit our website at
nvc.state.gov (English) or nvc.state.gov/espanol (Spanish) and review Steps 4 and 5. The consular officer will not be able to
complete your interview or issue a visa if you do not bring all required documents to your interview.

Each family member who is applying for a visa must also complete and submit a Form DS-260 immigrant visa application online
before the interview. If you have not done this already, please go online to ceac.state.gov to complete Form DS-260. You need
your case number and invoice ID number to log in.

Receipt of an Interview Appointment

The embassy or consulate will schedule your visa interview. Once you know the date and time of your interview, review the
embassy or consulate’s interview preparation instructions. These are online at nvc.state.gov/interview (English) or
nvc.state.gov/interview/espanol (Spanish). Choose the name of the embassy or consulate where your interview will take place
from the drop-down box. Each person applying for a visa needs to complete certain steps before the interview, such as scheduling
a medical exam with an approved doctor.

Family Members
If your visa type is "IR" or "CR", other family members applying for visas have their own case numbers. This means that your
spouse and/or children will receive their own letter confirming their case was expedited (if applicable) and their own interview
letters and instructions from the Consular Section. The embassy or consulate will do their best to schedule your visa interview
appointments at the same day and time.

Please send any future questions to the embassy or consulate, and include your case number and the below information:

NVC Case Number: LMA2017756004

PA Name: EMMA RUTH MACHUCA QUISPE
