1. Show before and after photos of the neighborhood, local maps, and major points of interest from a real
estate point of view. Tell us what it used to look like, before large-scale development occurred.

2. What was the primary catalyst(s) for development in the area?

3. Are there any “anchor” institutions or major employers in the neighborhood? Did the anchor institution
influence the area development, or did the new development bring new anchor institutions to the
neighborhood?

4. How would you assess the "sense of place" the new development created, the "fabric" of the area and the
overall urban planning involved? How well does it illustrate principals of Smart Growth, New Urbanism and
Transit Oriented Development?
