Simple Thesis​:

The Mediterranean diet is a healthy and sustainable modern day diet for

weight loss.

article is an overview of the atkins diet pros and cons. Atkins doesn't help

with type 2 diabetes at all, unsustainable, doesn't follow dietary guidelines

Vegan diets can be ​low in certain nutrients​ and is obviously very
