• To discover, track the prospects available for cease fire products, to track existing
customers basically they are the high profile customers like some small scale
industries in Peenya Industrial area, some newly constructed buildings in
Yashwantpur as the area provided to me was Peenya and nearby areas.
• Proactively take the lead in approaching the customer and quickly try to find out
the percentage of them in becoming the prospective client.
• Providing training to the employees about how to use the fire safety products
during the time of emergency. Giving them “FIRE DRILL” i.e. dummy exercises
done on how to fight fire.
• React quickly to customer service regarding the refill of the fire gas and liquid gas
cylinders etc.
• Making the plan and layout of the fire network in new buildings.
• Proposing the suitable places where the instruments need to be fit in and
accordingly establish the network of it.
• Pro-actively identifies areas of improvement for our daily task which is shared via
best practice method.
• Associated with key projects like how the market for other safety products is and
how our product is different from others, what are the areas of improvement for
our product.
• Preparing quotation once the client is interested in the product, the quotation
includes negotiating price, the network which needs to be set etc.
