Objetive:
Focus on how information is interchanged within a meeting environment, the type of language
typically used, and techniques to diplomatically relay a point.

Competence 1. Listening

2. Play the video and listen to the speech, if necessary turning on English subtitles.
3. Take notes as you listen.
4. Repeat the video as necessary.

Is difficult to talk with a friend and he is not listening.


We have a problem of miss comunication by different problems like noise or other things that
can affect the message.
When we are communicating the person that receipt the message can interpret the message
based on what the person is saying but not necessarily what the emisor wants to say.
They are different practices, listen with eyes and ears, take time to understand, be aware of
your personal perception.

3. in your notebook prepare an answer.
4. Type your answer on the discussion board.
5. Present your answer verbally to your teacher.

Some may argue that good communicators are born, not made. Do you agree with this
statement? How can the communication process improve our effectiveness in expressing
ourselves and understanding others?

Not really, the communication is only practice, you need to be really focus and what the person
is saying and that person needs to be the same way. Practicing is the only way to be a good
communicator. If you practice a lot you will be an expert on the communication, is lke any other
profession if you practice you will know about the subject and you will know how to say what
you need express.

When we listen, we pay attention not only to the words spoken, but also to the other person’s
tone of voice, facial expressions, posture, and emotions.

Noise can be defined as any interference that disrupts and/or distorts communication. What are
some examples of noise? What sources of noise do you struggle with the most in your own
communication?
Trafffic, stomach ache, change minnings, differents perceptions,

Communication is a two-way process, in which we work to understand ideas together. How


does feedback affect this process?
Is better to say what you think about what they are saying, to know that you understand about
the same topic.

Why is communication often more difficult with a large group than a single individual?
The complexity grows because everyone wants o express they ideas.
