GREAT TEACHER INSPIRES. – WILLIAM A. WARD

OLMSTEAD
To whom it may concern,
It is with great interest that I am applying for a teaching position at
your school. I am a graduate from the University of South Florida
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I am
NOLMSTEAD18@GMAIL.COM certified in Florida for grades K-6 with an endorsement in ESOL.
This Spring, I have completed my final Internship in a 3rd grade
classroom at Schwarzkopf Elementary school in Tampa, Fl. Each day
in the classroom, I felt challenged and inspired to be the best
(904)422-1112 teacher I know I can be. I am grateful for the freedom and support
my collaborating teacher had given me, allowing me to develop

enriched and engaging lessons. The experience allowed me to be an
JACKSONVILLE, FL 32244
active participant in the learning and growth of my students.
Because I aspire to be that great teacher William A. Ward
mentions, I take the time to get to know my students as individuals
and strive to create a classroom that is centered around them.
Although I feel most confident with grade levels 2-4, I know that
with my university coursework and many experiences in various,
diverse classrooms, I am well equipped with the skills and tools to
take on any grade level. I am energetic and passionate about
teaching and learning and I hope to have the opportunity to bring
that to your school.
I have attached my resume and welcome the opportunity to meet
with you to further discuss why I believe I would be a great
addition to your school. I invite you to contact me at your earliest
convenience.

Sincerely,
Nikeisha Olmstead
