What is Heaven really like?

No one knows what Heaven is really like, most Christians just believe the brief

descriptions of Heaven in the Bible. But, the truth is that no one will ever know how Heaven is

really like unless they've been there and maybe even came back. Those experiences are very true

they're called Near Death Experiences (NDE). Most people who had experienced a NDE, they're

description of Heaven are sometimes different from each other and hard to explain but it

sometimes relates back to the bible.

People who say they’ve experienced Heaven and are alive had an NDE (Near Death

Experience). A NDE happens whenever a person dies for a few mintues and comes back to life.

Whenever they come back to life most don’t remember being dead, but some say that they saw

Heaven and met Jesus. Most people who had experienced a NDE had different experiences from

one another, sure they were similar stories but they’re all different in their own special ways.

Jody Long, a researcher from Near Death Experience Research Foundation, found that most

people who experienced a NDE integrates their experience into their own pre existing belief

system. “One of the near-death experience truths is that each person integrates their near-death

experience into their own pre-existing belief system" (Markum, Paragraph, 4). From the article

that I read about for NDE’s helped me better understand and even learn what a NDE is. I never

knew someone can die and come back to life, even sharing a story from when they were dead.

Most Christians like to believe that the Bible really describes Heaven correctly. But, they

can still have more thoughts about Heaven, especially hearing people’s NDE stories. Although

Heaven was briefly described in the bible, people’s NDE’s related to the Bible, even when their

stories don’t relate Heaven is never described in a bad way. This persons experience in Heaven

helped me visualize it more. "At some point, Alexander rather nonchalantly noticed that he was

actually sitting on the wing of a giant butterfly and moreover, that he wasn’t alone. With him was

a person that he later realized was a sibling who had passed away before they ever had the

chance to meet. It is in fact this encounter, not the supposed lack of cortical functioning he

espouses elsewhere, that convinced him of the veridicality of his experience" (Markum,

paragraph, 7). From gaining information from reading the article i’m still not sure how Heaven

is really like, and I still believe that no one will know unless they’ve gone, but usually they don’t

come back.

No one really knows how Heaven is really like it all matters on what you believe in and

want to believe in. Most people who had experienced NDE's say that that most of their

experiences relate back to their belief system.
