TRAVIS REINKING
ORDER SUPPLEMENTING AGREED PROTECTIVE ORDER
Upon oral motion of the parties, and for good cause shown, the Court hereby finds
that an Order Supplementing the previous Agreed Protective Order is necessary and appropriate:
1) to ensure materials likely to qualify as discoverable under Tenn. R. Crim. P. 16 are protected
from improper disclosure to non-parties; 2) to prevent records that do not qualify as “public
records” from being improperly released to the public; and 3) to limit as much as possible the
potential for the parties, including Mr. Reinking, to act in contravention of the previously entered,
Agreed Order prohibiting the parties and their counsel from making any extrajudicial statements,
about this case. That Order, which was entered on April 27, 2018, remains in effect, and is
hereby supplemented as follows:
1) Any and all records in the possession, custody and/or control of the Davidson County
Sheriff's Office (DCSO) related to Travis Reinking shall not be disclosed to anyone other
than the parties to this criminal case and their legal representatives, Further, disclosure of
any such records to the parties in this case shall, when appropriate, comply with proper
legal process and/or authorization
2) The DCSO shall not arrange visitation for Mr. Reinking with anyone except individuals
who have been approved in writing by his counsel of record, and whom Mr. Reinking has
included on his visitation list.3) To insure his compliance with the Agreed Order prohibiting the parties from making any
extrajudicial statements about this case, Mr. Reinking shall deliver all of his outgoing
written mail to his counsel of record for review. Upon verification that a letter complies
with the Agreed Order, counsel of record shall place that correspondence in the U.S.

4) Unless and until this Order is modified or stricken, the DCSO shall not provide Mr.
Reinking with a computer tablet for his use at the jail, should he become eligible to
receive one.
5) Unless and until this Order is modified or stricken, Mr. Reinking is prohibited from
making calls to anyone other than his counsel of record. Further, Mr. Reinking’s calls to
his counsel of record will be facilitated by a DSO case manager.
‘This Order is entered to clarify implementation of the previous Agreed Order, and
is subject o modification at the request of either party.
