3.Klasifikasikanlah fungi
Jawab :
Zygomycota

 Jamur ini dinamakan sebagai Zygomycota karena membentuk spora istirahat

berdinding tebal yang disebut dengan zigospora. Zygomycota habitat didarat, tanah
dan hidup dengan saprofit
 Merupakan kelompok utama dalam membentuk mikoriza
 Memiliki miselium yang bercabang banyak dan juga tidak bersekat-sekat
 Zygomycota memiliki hifa yang bersifat senositik
 Dinding sel terdiri dari kitin dan tidak memiliki zoospora sehingga spora memiliki sel-
sel yang berdinding

Ascomycota
Ascomycota bercirikan talus yang terdiri dari miselium yang bersekat. Reproduksi
seksual pada Ascomycota yang akan membentuk askospora didalam askus.

 Menghasilkan askospora dalam hasil reproduksi secara seksual,

 Talus uniseluler dan multiseluler
 Hifa yang bersekat dan tiap sekatnya memiliki inti satu
 Dinding hifa diperkuat dengan selulosa dan memiliki sifat heterokarotik (inti berbeda
muatan)
 Reproduksi aseksual dengan memperbanyak konidia, spora, tunas dan fragmentasi.
Adapun reproduksi seksual dengan konjugasi yang digunakan untuk membentuk
askospora di dalam askus. Umumnya askus dibentuk dalam tubuh buah yang disebut
dengan askokarp (askoma).

Basidiomycota
Ciri-Ciri Basidiomycota

 Berdaging dan bersifat saproba

 Tubuh buah seperti payung
 Pada beberapa dari spesies tangkainya asimetris, pendek, bahkan ada juga yang tidak
bertangkai
  Basidiospora terdapat pada permukaan lamela atau bila yang terbentuk dibagian
bawah tudungnya
 Makroskopis disebut dengan mushroom

Deuteromycota

 Hifa bersekat dan tubuhnya berukuran mikroskopis

 Bereproduksi hanya secara aseksual yang dilakukan dengan membentuk spora dan
konidia. Adapun reproduksi secara seksual belum diketahui sehingga mengapa
Deuteromycota disebut dengan jamur tak sempurna
 Multiseluler
 Umumnya jenis Deuteromycota bersifat merusak atau menyebabkan penyakit pada
manusia, hewan dan tanaman.

4. Sebutkan ciri-ciri jamur beracun

Ciri-ciri Jamur Beracun
(a) Jenis jamur beracun pada umumnya mempunyai warna yang mencolok: merah-
darah, hitam-legam, biru-tua, ataupun warna-warna lainnya. Walaupun ada pula jenis
jamur beracun yang mempunyai warna terang (kuning muda) atau putih, dan jamur
yang dapat dimakan berwarna gelap, misal coklat-tua.

(b) Jenis jamur beracun dapat menghasilkan bau yang menusuk hidung, seperti bau telur
busuk ataupun bau ammoniak.

(c) Jenis jamur beracun mempunyai cincin atau cawan. Walaupun ada yang sebaliknya,
seperti jamur-merang mempunyai cawan dan jamur kompos mempunyai cincin,
tetapi tidak beracun.

(d) Jenis jamur beracun umumnya tumbuh pada tempat yang kotor: tempat pembuangan
sampah, kotoran kandang, dan sebagainya. Walaupun untuk penanaman dan
pemeliharaan jamur kompos justru dipakai kotoran kandang/kotoran kuda.

(e) Kalau jenis jamur beracun dikerat oleh pisau yang terbuat dari perak, atau dikerat
oleh pisau biasa kemudian benda perak didekatkan kepada keratan tadi, maka pada
 benda perak terbentuk warna hitam atau biru, itu menandakan bahwa jamur tersebut
beracun.

(f) Jenis jamur beracun cepat sekali berubah warna, misal dari putih ke warna gelap,
kalau dimasak atau dipanaskan.
