ROUTER CONFIGURATION
- Reset the router
- Press the reset button using pencil or anything that can press the reset button

SERVER
1. Click the internet network to check the details of the network
go to the local area connection and click disable/enable the network device
right click the LAN connection and click Status
select details and check if the IPv4 address is 192.168.1.1 fro the IPv4 default gateway IPv DHCP
server
this is an indicator that the router was not configured
go back and configure the router again or reset it

ROUTER CONFIGURATION
1. Open google chrome and type the default gateway 192.168.1.1 – log the IP of the router
2. If successful USER NAME: admin password: 1234
3. Click English and open
4. Click the + symbol of the network
5. Change the SSID
WLAN SET UP

Security mode WPA2_PSK
Preshared key: 1234567890

WAN
Fixed IP Address:
Ip address:192.168.168.31
IP subnet mask:255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.168.1

DNS SERVER
First DNS Server: 192.168.168.1
Second DNS:8.8.8.8

- Click apply

LAN CONFIGURATION IN THE ROUTER


IP – 192.168.1.1
-click apply
Note: if it is successful the computer will restart/ reboot
2. Check the network and sharing of the IP was changed.

IP Pool starting address: 192.168.1.100
