materials they will wear all the training;
*where I am from and where I am now - sharing information from their countries - drawing the
postcard or writing some words and reflection on what they know about Italy;
*competences assessment- diagnosis of what they know using post its and a tape which marks
from 0% to 100%, the participants will evaluate their knowledge on the topics of Transactional
Analysis Non- Violent Communication, Critical thinking, Discrimination, Erasmus Plus knowledge
Youthpass, Public speaking - during all the training when they are improving the competences
they can move their post its to higher or lower levels;
* Youthpass and Erasmus+
After completing the stations we will proceed with the name games to remember them faster and
sharing few interest about ourselves in the circle and in small groups.
METHODS:
- presentations,
- energisers,

* Learning objectives (each one write on a post -it his/her learning
objectives ans close it into a balloon. Games with balloons- grabbing a balloon, break it and find
the owner of the post-it: composition of couples of mentoring for keeping the learning objectives
during the whole TC.

TB EXERCISES: *Mission impossible- this is the exercise where all the participants, working as
one team, will get 20 tasks they need to do in the set amount of time; the tasks would be
different, easy going, for example: create a nickname to everyone, calculate the distance
between the countries the participants are from and Italyl, make a group song with choreography
etc. this activity would be important for the participants to take initiative and work all together,
*after we will proceed with ‘the egg challenge’ - participants will be splitt in 5 groups and with the
materials they will get they would need to build protection for the egg that will fall down from the
certain height, this activity will let participants work in smaller groups and build inner motivation,
*the last one would be the ‘Facebook wall’ where each participant will get created by different
ones their ‘Facebook profile’ all the profiles will hang on the wall with envelopes when everyone
can leave positive feedback messages during all training. After team building part we will set the
rules that we will follow during the training, make a presentation of the program commenting all
together with the tree of expectations, contributions and fears trying to motivate the participants
and explaining to get as much as they can from this learning experience.
METHODS:
- presentations,
- energisers,
- name games,
- work in small and big groups,
- techniques of creative thinking,

Train of communication will be the first activity where participants will discuss about
communication strategies they have in their groups. The activity is an exercise when the
participants being blindfold must walk from point A to B without talking, at the end of the train
there will be one coordinator that will see and guide the train. Before activity the team will
discuss their strategy. They will have specific time to complete the task and will do it twice trying
to make it more effective. After the activity we will proceed with the debriefing where we discuss
strategies of communications, definitions of effective communication and share, after debriefing
trainer will make short presentation of the norms of communication that help working in groups
and the mistakes we often do that can cause conflicts.
Methodology behind:
*Deming cycle - this cycle is about making chronicle structured acts which can help in making
them better, it has 4 steps: Observation, Analyse, Plan, Act - that is why the train activity will be
made 2 times that the group can go through those steps and act better;
*KOLB cycle (planning of facilitation) - this method will be used in most of the activities planned
in this training course. Base of it is learning by experience and its 4 steps help to learn more
effectively - experiment, analyse, theory, reflection,
methods:
-simulation exercise,
-debriefing,
-presentation of the theory,
-integration activity
Every day it will be provided space and time to reflect on the learning outcomes and reflection of
the day. First we will make a circle and each participant will state something that they learned.
Doing that we would encourage participants to think and reflect on their learning process every
day making from it a habit they can keep after. After sharing in all group the participants will be
splitted in smaller groups when most of the reflection will take place. Each day we will use
different technique (we will choose it according to group energy) which will help reflect,
examples:
*bloob tree - picture with different characters that each participants can choose one and reflect
how is it connect with how they feel and daily reflection,
*5 fingers evaluation - expressing the day according to each finger (thumb - what was ok today,
index finger - something to point out, middle finger - something they did not like today, ring finger
- how is their relationship with group, pinky - something small that happened but important),
*making a poster of the day, creating a cover page from the day etc.
We will as well leave a box where the participants can leave suggestions and feedback for the
trainers and the logistic team.

First official night - we will leave to participants create their own organisation market with tables,
materials, flipcharts, in the most creative and interactive way as possible to present their
organisations and share objectives and methods. During this activity, participants will be asked to
speak in front of a camera to describe the sending organization and why one should be a
member of it. Each participant will speak up to 30 seconds. Although participants won't be
informed of this, this recordings will be shown in the next day, during the public speaking

- Group
exercise.

This session will be linked with one of the solutions of the cooperation problems which is proper
feedback.
Starting we will discuss why we need feedback and how we usually give it or receive it. After
sharing trainer will give a simple method of feedback that has the main of using it daily, in most
of the situations we have at our organisations.
The method AID (action, impact, development) is both for positive and constructive feedback.
After presenting method we will practise it in groups

For an inclusive communication and cooperation it's needed to share the same values.we
propose 2 exercises to reflect on it:
1. STEP FORWARD- role play on discriminations
2. WHOM TO LEAVE BEHIND - In group chosing different people from different background -
comparing the choices of differnt groups and reflection in plenary on the eventual discrimination
and prejudices that can't block inclusion and cooperation. Debriefing
METHODS: - Role
play - Team work

We will start with the brief presentation of the theory of the Marshal Rosenberg of 4 steps of the
NVC method: observation, feelings, needs, request. Presenting the theory trainers will give the
examples from their work which would help to understand it in practise. After presenting
participants would proceed with the individual exercise when they need to think about the
conflict, difficult situation they recently have at their work and will try to transform the situation
into the 4 steps method.
Participants will present their examples and trainers will help when needed, forming the good
requests, in meantime the participants can discuss the use of the theory.
METHODS:
- individual reflection,
- presentation of theory,
- sharing in a group
After knowing the base of the non-violent theory participants would face the problem that it is not
so easy to make a proper observation without interpretation or judgement (trainers observed that
from working in different groups with the same method). This session will be about finding
differences between observation and judgement.
The participants will be split in groups by choosing a piece of few different pictures, then in a
group they need to make a story to the picture and present to different groups, all together we
will think if they make the proper observation or a judgement. After presentation we will make a
debriefing around how interpretation and judgement affects the cooperation in groups and can
cause the conflicts. Trainers will present more theory and rules how to make a proper
observation using facts, avoiding generalising and stereotypes etc
METHODS:
- work in small groups,
- discussion,
- presentation of a theory
