INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses JOSE MARIA SALVADOR PANGALANGAN SOCRATES of
the crime of Murder, committed as follows:

That on or about December 16, 2013, in the City of Manila, Philippines, the said accused,
with treachery, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, with intent to kill, attack,
assault and use personal violence upon one CLARISSA MAE CO, by then and there stabbing the
latter with a kitchen knife several times on the different parts of her body, thereby inflicting upon
said CLARISSA MAE CO multiple stab wounds which were the direct and immediate cause of
her death thereafter.

That the commission of the crime was attended by the aggravating circumstance of adding
ignominy to the natural effects of the crime.
