1.1 | Install the App

Installation
• You will receive a custom installation link to
the invite-only app.
• If you are already logged into your Shopify
store, you will immediately see an
installation prompt. Otherwise, you will be
asked to log in to your store before
installing.
Opening the App
• Following installation, you may need to
navigate back to your Shopify store.
• The GearLaunch app is now listed in your
Shopify App Store.

2.1 | Create Products
One-page Setup
• Using our simple one-page designer, you can add a name,
description, price, colors, and variant options to every product.
• You can still edit all of this information after your product has
published to Shopify.
• You can add as many different products as you wish, as long
as each product stays under the Shopify 100 variant limit. We
have provided a counter in the upper left to indicate your
current variant count
• You can also take advantage of our Bulk tools for faster
product creation (see next slide).
Product Grouping
• With the option to split or group your products in Shopify, you
have complete control over your storefront
• In this example, “splitting” would create separate Shopify
products out of the Nano-T, long sleeve, and mug. “Grouping”
would create one Shopify product with all of these variants as
additional options.

2.2 | Bulk Tools
Bulk Clone
• Bulk Clone is a great way to quickly upload your products
and copy all of your settings over many different art files
• Bulk Clone works by copying an existing GearLaunch
product and its settings, then duplicating it with new art
files of your choice.
• In the Products tab, every product features a “Bulk Clone”
button.

2.3 | GearLaunch Product Catalog
Catalog
• GearLaunch offers a wide variety of products,
ranging from apparel to flags.
• Click “Add Product” to browse every available
option.

Upcoming
• We constantly add new products to the catalog.
Stay tuned for in-app notifications when new
options become available.

3.1 | Sync Products to Shopify
How to Sync
• Sync individual products by clicking the
“Shopify” button on either the Product
Details page or the Product List page.
• Sync multiple products at once by making
your selection on the Product List page,
then clicking the “Shopify Upload” button
in the upper left.
• Immediately upon syncing, your product
becomes available in your storefront for
all to purchase.

Warning
• Re-syncing a product from GearLaunch completely
overwrites the product in Shopify – you will lose all changes
made to the product in Shopify.

4.1 | Add Payment Option

Credit Card
• We currently offer automatic billing through credit card
• You will be required to add a Credit Card in order
to sync your GearLaunch products into Shopify
• Under the billing tab, click on the “Add Payment
Method” button to access the submission form
Frequency
• All Credit Card charges are batched several times a
day, so you can be confident that you will not have too
many transactions in a single day
• You will be billed for the base cost of the items
ordered and the costs of shipping them.

please view the next slide.

5.1 | Set Up Shipping Prices
Domestic Shipping cost guidelines are as follows:
Shopify Shipping Settings
• When configuring your shipping rules in Shopify, you may choose " First campaign, first item: $4.95
" Additional items: $0.75

• The customer shipping price is ultimately up to you and your
business structure. It does not affect the shipping prices set by
GearLaunch. International shipping costs are calculated using the following guidelines:

5.2 | Sell
Full Control
• Once a product syncs to Shopify, you can add
additional content and use your full suite of sales
tools. This includes external sales channels and
adding additional product images.

Automatic Fulfillment
• We fulfill orders automatically when you make a sale
-- no work required!

Warnings
• The only detail you cannot change in Shopify is the Product SKU. Because we use the SKU as an identifier to sync
information, modifying the SKU will prevent the app from working properly.
• We currently do not include automatic fraud detection. If you suspect fraudulent activity, please contact our customer
service team immediately to cancel the order.

all orders containing a GearLaunch product
• We constantly strive to offer world-class support, and part of that means
listening to your feedback. Please don’t hesitate to let us know about your
experience.
Current Setup
• You are welcome to contact our support team on behalf of your customers or forward any inquiries to:
orders@cart-support.com or call 1(855) 976-2892
• Because our team can only assist orders that contain GearLaunch items, we request that you do not publicize our
contact information to your storefront, unless your store sells only GearLaunch products.
• Currently, customized email templates are the best way to distribute our CS contact information to your customers.

6.3 | GearLaunch Customer Email
GearLaunch Support Email
• Shopify normally sends all email communication to customers. However,
due to lacking customization options, we will introduce a direct-to-
customer branded email option.
• Several hours following the Order Confirmation email, customers will
receive an additional email notifying them that we are preparing the order.
• This email will provide the customer with GearLaunch’s CS contact
information as well as a unique order number that they can use to
reference their order.
Branding
• This email will resemble a normal Shopify email.
• To ensure brand consistency, it will also include the option to upload your
own logo.
• As default, the email will send from a generic domain (e.g. orders@cart-
support.com)
