RIVER TO RIVER IS PROUDLY PRESENTED BY THESE PARTNERS

Alliance for Downtown New York — The mission of the Alliance for Downtown New York
is to be the principal organization that provides Lower Manhattan’s historic financial district with
a premier physical and economic environment, advocates for businesses and property owners and
promotes the area as a world-class destination for companies, workers, residents and visitors. The
Downtown Alliance manages the Downtown-Lower Manhattan Business Improvement District (BID),
serving an area roughly from City Hall to the Battery, from the East River to West Street.

Lower Manhattan Cultural Council — Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) is the
leading voice for arts and culture in downtown New York City, producing cultural events and promoting
the arts through grants, services, advocacy, and cultural development programs.
Lower Manhattan Cultural Council thanks thefollowing funders:

BATTERY PARK CITY AUTHORITY — The Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority is a New York
State public benefit corporation whose mission is to plan, create, coordinate and maintain a balanced
community of commercial, residential, retail and park space within its designated 92-acre site on the
lower west side of Manhattan.

arts WORLD FINANCIAL CENTER — Since 1988, Arts World Financial Center has presented interdis-
ciplinary arts programming with an emphasis on commissioned works, site-specific installations and
premieres, year-round and free to the public with the continued support of American Express, Battery
Park City Authority, Bank of America and Brookfield Properties.

In 2007, under the umbrella Arts Brookfield Properties, Arts WFC expanded its programming to other
New York region properties including One New York Plaza and Zuccotti Park, offering an eclectic array
of events in lobbies, parks and plazas.
arts World Financial Center is sponsored by:

South Street Seaport — This unique and inspiring venue continues its reputation for introducing
some of the coolest new artists, as well as a great line-up of national and international recording artists.
Located at the tip of Manhattan, South Street Seaport is a slice of timeless New York. Visitors to this
historic waterfront pier and cobblestone streets experience small-neighborhood charm amidst a
thriving community that includes seasonal activities, award-winning special events, breathtaking
views and more than 100 shops, cafes and restaurants.

The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey — The Port Authority of NY & NJ oper-
ates many of the busiest and most important transportation links in the region. They include JFK
International, Newark Liberty International, LaGuardia, Stewart International and Teterboro airports;
AirTrain JFK and AirTrain Newark; the George Washington Bridge and Bus Station; the Lincoln and
Holland tunnels; the three bridges between Staten Island and New Jersey; the PATH rapid-transit
system; the NY/NJ seaport; and the Port Authority Bus Terminal in midtown Manhattan. The agency
also owns the 16-acre World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan and is a partner in the Access to
the Region's Core tunnel project.

A special thank you to our 2010 River

to River Co-Presenters whose generous
support has significantly enhanced
this summer’s programming.
