Team Leader: Manager Operation / Deputy Manager

Assistant Operations Manager are included in this team.

Which are basically perform duty related to operational work of the branch like Cash
Receiving / Payments , Collecting utility bills, western union , transfer posting of
Debit/Credit Entries, NIFT , Balancing of cash or different GL heads, Authorization of
Entries , Vouchering, SOD, EOD & all matters related to daily routine work.

Sales Team / Credit Team

No of Team Members: About 4 to 15.

Team Leader: Branch Manager

Direct Sales Representative/ GBO Sales , Branch Manager , Recovery Officers , Mobile
Credit Officers(MCO) & OICA are included in this team

Whose primary responsibility is to increase the business of the branch Either Liability
Side or Assets. Account Opening , Deposit Collection , Advancing of Different Agri-
loaning products to progressive farmers & Recovery of loans.

Supporting Staff Team

No of Team Members: About 3 to 10.

Team Leader: Branch Manager / Operation Manager

Clerical & Non-Clerical staff are included in this team like Assistant, Typist, Naib Qasid
Security Guards & Sweeper.

Whose primary responsibility is to letter writing , DAC Receiving , Maintaining of files ,

Security of branch premises & Dusting/Cleanliness of branch
