Narrative The above listed subject was issued five Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above
listed charges after patrol observed a vehicle traveling South on Market Street,
crossing the white hazard markings. Millage then turned onto Sandstone Drive,
crossing into the wrong lane of traffic. A traffic stop was completed on Pine Street
and Millage was found to have a plastic cup in plain sight, containing alcohol.
Millage was asked to complete a series of roadside sobriety tests, which she
failed. Millage was transported to Potsdam Police Department for processing
where her BAC was found to be .12%.
