Market Wrap-Up - New All-time Highs, Tax Cuts Effective Feb 2018
 NASDAQ at all time highs at 7,261. This is the technology stock exchange and is growing
beyond the NYSE.
 Dow Jones hitting another all time high well above 50 day moving average
 Everything looks good from a technical view
 This is happening because Trump has been single-handedly changing the structure of the
economy despite massive opposition. Much of what has been done has been Executive
Order, getting rid of regulations
 Results of new tax cuts will take effect in February and market rising in anticipation of this.
 Hundreds of billions, perhaps trillions will come back to the US from overseas - up to
$4Trillion is overseas.
 These companies will do some expansion but most of it will go into stock buy-backs and
dividends - this is good news for the value of the stock market.
 Tech and biotech companies will be the main ones doing this - these two areas will take off
the most.

Trump Economy’s Sustained Growth Pace Unlike Anything Seen in 13 Years

 Economists are predicting 3% or better for Q4 2017 - some are saying it is as high as 4%.

Number of Americans Receiving Unemployment Benefits Falls to 44-Year Low

 The Department of Labor reported that 1.87 million Americans were receiving benefits at the
end of December. The number marks the lowest level of applicants since 1973.
 The Department of Labor also noted that the largest number of newer filings for benefits
came as a result of a destructive hurricane season that caused massive damage to
businesses in several southern states and Puerto Rico. But the number of new applications
was still amazingly low.
 The ultra-low claims have been among the most encouraging indicators about the economy,
reassuring Fed officials that they are on the right track by slowing raising interest rates and
withdrawing the stimulus programs they put in place during the recession.
 The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics also reported last week that the economy added 148,000
jobs in December and noted that the unemployment rate remains at 4.1 percent.
 More than 100 American companies gave employees bonuses after Trump signed the Tax
Cuts and Jobs Act. Several corporations, such as AT&T, Comcast, and Nationwide, also
increased their 401(k) matching rate, raised their minimum wages, and increased domestic
investment based on their enthusiasm with the Republican tax bill.
 Walmart announced a one-time bonus, higher wages, and other new benefits to its 2.1 million
employees.

Inflation’s Roar: Core Consumer Prices Post Biggest Gain in 11 Months

on strong gains in the cost of rental accommodation and healthcare, bolstering expectations

Reserve on course to increase interest rates in March.
 They raised the prospects of a more aggressive monetary policy tightening this year,

 Republican-controlled U.S. Congress and signed into law by President Donald Trump last
month.
 The U.S. central bank is forecasting three rate increases this year. It raised borrowing
costs three times in 2017.
 The economy is doing quite well right now ... and well enough for the Fed to feel compelled to
take steps to take the edge off before inflation truly becomes problematic.
 Economists are hoping that a tightening labor market, rising commodity prices, a weak dollar
and fiscal stimulus will lift inflation toward the Fed’s 2 percent target this year.
 Ken: Manufacturing and mining jobs are coming back as commodity prices rise.
 The US is going to sell $1.5 Trillion worth of new bonds to finance the debt that is being
created.
 This will massively increase the amount of dollars in circulation and driving up inflation and
raising the price of gold. Gold had been going down and then it started to spike up
 Things are heating up with Iran and North Korea.
 Gold has had a good run but for now may be near a top.
 We are expecting 3 rate increases this year.

assesses its strategy for investing them. It isn’t clear whether the officials’ recommendations
have been adopted. The market for U.S. government bonds is becoming less attractive
relative to other assets, and trade tensions with the U.S. may provide a reason to slow or
stop buying American debt.
 Ken: this is China's way of negotiating by putting out these kinds of rumors and putting
pressure on the US.
 If the economy continue to goes up, bonds will continue to go up.
 The cost of money is going to start going up.
 Major nations are beginning to switch from quantitiative easing to quantitiave tightening.
 Euro has been strengthening on rumors on quantitaive tightening.

Copper, on a red-hot winning streak, is testing a

critical level

Copper is traditionally a leading indicator of
worldwide growth.
 Just a few weeks ago, this key commodity was
showing signs of weakness, but it has rallied very
strongly since early December 2017.
 Its 11% rally since then has taken it to new highs,
back to early 2014.

  This represents the 50% retracement of the entire sell-off from 2011 highs, approaching
some very important resistance levels.
 Ken: Commonly called "Dr. Copper" because the saying is that copper has a PhD in
economics- if you watch copper you'll know what the economy is about to do.

Crypto-Currency Update: BTC, ETH, XRP
 Cryptocurrencies were impacting gold price because people were selling gold to buy crypto
currencies - the same people who buy gold, also buy cryptos.
 BTCUSD has been bouncing around

 Brother Sadhu gave a forecast for crypto currencies on January 1 that Bitcoin was
going to fall.
 Ethereum (need chart) heading straight up. It was at $300 and now at at $1,300.
 The reason for this is that Ethereum is a foundation for the crypto world. Most new crypto
currencies can't be purchased with USD but can only be bought with Ethereum or Bitcoin.
 Approximately 70% of the crypto currencies use some form of Ethereum functionality.

Ripple (XRPUSD) Surges After Teaming Up with MoneyGram on Cryptocurrency-enabled

 Ripple is the "banker's currency" - it surged recently
 Money transfer giant MoneyGram (NASDAQ: MGI) will use the XRP crypto currency to speed
up and reduce the cost of transferring money through Ripple's payment network, xRapid.
 XRP was seen surging on the news, and flew almost 15 percent higher to $2.22.
 Ripple claims an average transaction on its network takes between two and three seconds to
process. Bitcoin transactions, on the other hand, take around 51 minutes on average to go
through, according to data by industry website Blockchain.info.
 "The inefficiencies of global payments don't just affect banks, they also affect institutions like
MoneyGram," said Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse.

  By using Ripple's digital asset, MoneyGram would be able to move money "as quickly as
information."
 Ripple is backed by a number of big international banks and financial institutions. In
November, the firm teamed up with American Express and Santander on a blockchain pilot to
speed up cross-border payments between the U.K. and the U.S.
 Ken: crypto currency infrastructures continue to be put in place. Governents and bankers
might want to stop it, but cryptos will continue to spread and grow.

Bitcoin Falls 12% as One of the World’s Biggest Cryptocurrency Markets Readies a Bill to

 South Korea is one of the biggest markets for major coins like bitcoin and ethereum.
 More than 10% of ethereum is traded against the South Korean won — second only to the
US dollar.
 5 % of all bitcoin are traded against the won.
 Later in the day, South Korea's presidential office said that any potential bill "is not a measure
that has been finalized," eventually reversing their position.
 Ken: Koreans are gamblers and have been very active in acquiring crypto currencies with
people mortaging their homes etc. to be able to buy in.

 Ken:For years Kodak Eastman's stock has been collapsing, going from $38 to $3.
 Kodak's stock has more than tripled this week to $9.20 since the once-giant of photography
announced a pivot into blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
 Part of their move is a Kodak-branded mining rig called the KashMiner, showcased at this
year's CES.
 Users pay $3,400 to rent the mining machine for two years.
 Kodak claims the KashMiner will produce about $375 worth of new bitcoins every month,
which would lead to estimated revenues roughly $9,000 over those two years.
But here's the catch: You have to give back half your profits.
 Others warn the $375 figure is exaggerated, as those bitcoin returns will diminish every
month: This plan only works if Bitcoin mining difficulty stays the same. However mining
difficulty is currently increasing at around 15% a month, so mining output should drop around
15% a month, too.
 If Bitcoin rises in value then mining will also become more profitable.

 Global Blockchain shares BLKCF jumped 24%.
 The company said it has invested $2 million in KodakCoin, which Kodak and its licensing
partner WENN Digital described as a "photo-centric cryptocurrency that empowers
photographers and agencies to take greater control in image rights management."
 Shares of Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. jumped 24% after announcing it was the
"lead investor" in KodakCoin, an ICO that Eastman Kodak Co. plans to launch.
 Kodak's stock soared 60% in morning trade. That follows the 119% surge after the
troubled camera and film pioneer announced a "major blockchain initiative."
 Ken: KodakCoin will help manage and protect the billions of professional photographs that
have been created. Photographs will be placed in a database and anyone who uses a
photograph will be forced to pay for it.
 They are setting up a system for graphics, photos and videos can be tagged and paid for with
this blockchain currency, the KodakCoin.

 State of Washington has lowest power rate because of hydroelectric power from Grand

 This has attracted crypto currency minders en masse and now the infrastructure to provide
the power neccessary to these machines is strained.

Bitcoin vs. Dot Com Boom

 People compare Bitcoin to the Dot Com Bubble of 2000 where everyone lost their money.
 The history of the dotcom companies is that with rapid, irrational growth, the indutry exploded
to a market value of $10 trillion.
 The market value crashed to $4 Trillion, wiping out thousands of companies.
 The industry rebuilt only to have another major correction in the crash of 2008.
 Now, 18 years later the market is back to 2000-levels and includes heavyweights like Apple,
Facebook, Uber, Google, and Amazon which have impacted entire industries.
 It's important to see that we are still early in the Bitcoin cycle.
 Crypto has only achieved 3.5% market value of the dot com bubble and right now it's
following the same pattern of growth.
 There are crypto currencies and companies that are going to be the next Amazon, for
example, but also many more that are going to fall by the wayside.
 Crypto still has tremendous potential for growth - and it could shoot up even more rapidly
than the dot com bubble did.
 Technology is accelerating exponentially and this fuels the crypto industry growth.

 Reasons for predicting big Bitcoin gains are "store of value," "gold equivalence," and

 The "network effect" is governed by Metcalfe's Law which says means that the value of the
network increases exponentially as the number of people connected to it grows.
 Example: Having a phone in the house was of limited use when few people owned them, but
indispensable once nearly everyone had one.
 Facebook's exponential increase in value is another example of "network effect"
 The more Bitcoin usage spreads, the more valuable and useful it becomes.
 And Bitcoin is at a very, very early stage when it comes to user adoption.

Bitcoin Road to $800K
 If we get a migration of capital from gold to Bitcoin we could see its price go to $800K
 How much capital is likely to flow from gold to Bitcoin?
 He figures that about 38% of global, above-ground gold is held as a store of value in the form
of bullion. That translates to about $7.8 trillion.
 John Pfeffer estimates that in the long run Bitcoin will capture between 25% and 78% of the
value of gold bullion – $1.9 trillion to $6.1 trillion. That would require a Bitcoin price of
between $104,000 and $335,000.
 Bitcoin also has a chance to become a global reserve currency.
 Many countries, especially Russia and China, would rather not be forced to hold large
amounts of U.S. dollars or other nation's fiat currency to conduct international trade.
 Bitcoin is the ideal solution.
 Pfeffer estimates that a cryptocurrency as the primary reserve currency would eventually
comprise between 25% and 75% of international reserves. That's a range of $2.8 trillion to
$8.5 trillion of value added to Bitcoin's market cap.
 If you add that to the store of value amounts Bitcoin is likely to take from gold bullion, you get
a market cap range of $4.7 trillion to $14.6 trillion.
 Dividing by the estimated maximum number of circulating bitcoins (18.2 million) produces a
long-term Bitcoin price prediction of $260,000 to $800,000.
 This scenario would likely unfold over a period of years – probably a decade or more.

 Overstock is one of the most mature blockchain/crypto companies - they have built the
foundation for lasting growth.
 Morgan Stanley invested $200Million into tZero, Overstock's blockchain stock exchange.

 Symbol recently changed from PRLEFto HVBTF in the US
 They are mining Ethereum and are located in Canada
 Even though Ethereum was going up, the stock was flat because they put out warrants for
$0.50 that were delayed until December. These warrants are being sold for $2.50 - $3.50 as
people are cashing out. This is keeping the price down
 In March, there is another batch of warrants coming on the market which wll continue to
depress the stock, despite the fact that Hive Blockchain is a good company with strong
fundamentals.

 Despite the good news on this company, stock holders continue to sell

Unfortunately when this seller then cashes out and sells his stock, it drives prices down.
 Their sales volume are going up and the company is growing but selling stock into the market
as a way of financing is dragging down the price.
 The Santelli family is earning money from the sale of stock since they don't earn a salary.

Thunder Energies Corp (TNRG)

 Thunder Energies is also owned by the Santelli.
 Stock price jumped on news that they had sold a neutron gun used to scan for radioactivite
substances to check for nuclear weapons on container ships.
 They expect to now have multiple orders since ports all over the world need this technology.
These neutrons are created by Magnegas . The same technology can be used to scan
mineral resources underground.

paid in stock which they sell. Price will only go up once this trend reverses.

 For those reading this whole word, you will already know that I will speak positively of the

make it clear that I do think the market can still go up substantially as one of the signs of

 I do not believe that the market overall is overpriced, and I see it going up to 30,000 in

 The Bitcoin and an apparent tsunami of cryptocurrencies are all the rage right now. Many
Kingdom friends are involved in them in some way or another, and I am frequently asked
about them. I can neither condemn nor fully endorse them. A simple reality is that the
economic dynamic of the dark kingdom is fear and greed (mammon).
 God's economic Kingdom works on the dynamic of faith and trust. Both entail risk, but only
one of those risks is a Kingdom-sanctioned risk. If the reason you are investing or running
with the new cryptocurrencies is because of fear or greed then that is not really a Kingdom
venture, even if you make a lot of money.
 I know that many are fearful that the dollar is going to collapse and so that fear motivation
has them looking for another, more stable currency. There is nothing stable about any of the
cryptocurrencies. ALL currencies are ultimately "fiat" currencies and there is no getting
around that.
 Ken: " ALL currencies are ultimately "fiat" currencies" This is not actually accurate. "Fiat"
means "I said so." The dollar is a fiat currency and costs nothing to generate.
Cryptocurrencies on the other hand need capital investment, power etc. to be mined and
can't just be created on a whim but have to be mined.
 The only stable currency on the planet is trust in God. All other currencies whether dollar,
gold-based, or blockchain-based contain some unknowable measure of volatility. Just watch
how the Bitcoin jumps up and down daily and you will know that it is an extremely volatile fiat
currency of its own.
 Ken: I see crypto currencies as God's answer to the moneymasters.
 Much of the ever-feared bubble has been transposed into the cryptocurrency world. It is a
whole new wild-card dynamic that has created another asset base, and its explosive
possibilities are exciting. It is generating millions and billions of dollars of value out of
essentially thin air, and that too is a dynamic of hope-filled economic atmospheres.
 Hope literally generates money, and it is the most important economic asset at a macro level.
Therefore, when a president regularly tells us that the economy is doing well and is going to
do even better, it literally has a stimulant effect.

 Wealth Transfer?
 A coming "wealth transfer" is talked about a lot in our circles. The Iraqi dinar, a multitude of
pyramid schemes, as well as the aforementioned cryptocurrencies are often brought into the
conversation as the vehicle for how the wealth transfer is coming. Prophets are often part of
these groups or a chief spokesman for it. Unfortunately the recent history of the last 10-15
years has seen very good people and ministries lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in
these "sure thing" ventures. So I have a word of wisdom for whomever has an ear to hear.
Any investment that is predicated on either a monumental collapse or a monumental
recovery—doubt it.
 The Iraqi dinar becoming valuable has always required the Muslim world to become stable
and that is not happening in the majority of Muslim countries, and thus almost no Muslim
currency is ever going to jump 10 or 20 times in value, no matter how much oil or other
resource is there. Volatile governments keep a currency volatile, no matter how much
resource is there. Likewise, if you are counting on the monumental collapse of the US dollar
for your financial bonanza it is not going to happen. God partially put Trump in power to
stabilize the US dollar and the US economy, so that the world economy becomes more
stable. It is the devil trying to kill the dollar, the US economy, and the world economy—so
don't agree with a plan that counts on those dynamics.
 The big, missing ingredient I am finding in those who perceive they are called into "significant
Kingdom finances" is their lack of present willingness to put their money where their mouth is.
I see many aspiring "Kingdom financiers" in reality giving nothing or very little to Kingdom
people and projects while constantly speaking of how much they are going to be giving. They
explain how they need all their present thousands and millions to get to the next level. I see
the ones who God is actually prospering with next-level income are those who already
heavily invest in financing Kingdom activity, even as they contend for the greater
breakthrough.
 Great resources are being released in this season into the house of God, but your
stewardship with your first level of breakthrough will determine if you get the ultimate upgrade
you were designed to step into. In the same way you analyze stocks and markets to
determine investment intelligence, you need to be looking around at all that goes by the
name "Christian" and discern what is actually a good Kingdom soil for you to sow into. Many
of you will find your future financial harvest determined by your ability to discern what is a
God priority for you to sow into now. Future ministers of wealth will not just be gifted in
making money but in recognizing the forerunner and front-runner thing that God is saying
to sow into.

