VII EVIDENCE Following items recovered from the crime scene to wit:
CONFISCATED
1. Twenty (23) pieces of Crates containing Three Hundred
Fifty (352) Liters of Gasoline with assessed value of Php
14,000.00;

2. Twenty (20) pieces of Wilkins Bottles containing One

hundred (100) liters of Diesel with assessed value of Php
3000.00;

3. Ten (10) pieces of crates containing Four Hundred (400)

Liters of Diesel with assessed value of Php 12,000.00;

4. One (1) pc of Wilkins Bottles containing Five (5) Liters of

Gasoline with assessed value of Php 200.00;

VIII On November 25, 2016 at about 5:30 o’clock in the

Afternoon, elements of CIDG Pampanga with closed coordination
SYNOPSIS with Pampanga PPO PRO3 under the supervision of the
undersigned conducted simultaneous OPLAN LIGAS operation
against @ Linda, @Noli, @Ruding, @ Alex and @ Mon who
managed in retailing pilferage petroleum (Patulo/Paihi) operation
thereat which resulted in the confiscation of above mentioned
items at Brgy. San Agustin, San Jose and Sto. Nino, All
Municipality of San Simon, Pampanga.

Said result of positive police operation stemmed out on

the information given by concerned citizen and confidential
informant reported personally in this Provincial Office.

All confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to this

Office for proper disposition.

IX STATUS OF THE Respondents were not around during the course of operation and
SUSPECT(S) they were identified later as Alex Cunanan y Navarro, Ramon
Garcia y De Vera, Rodolfo Garcia y Punzalan, residents of Brgy.
San Jose, San Simon, Pampanga while Noli Marcelo y Datu
resident of Brgy. Sto. Nino and Linda Santos y Calma resident of
Brgy. San Agustin All Municipality of San Simon, Pampanga based
on the account of their neighborhood. A case for Violation of
Section 1 of BP 33 as amended by PD 1865 before the Provincial
Prosecutor’s Office, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
