 “Call forward - Free to Home service” From 1.06.2016

 BSNL Mobile to BSNL Land Line Numbers:

 1. Call Forwarding is allowed on free of cost basis from both Postpaid and Prepaid
 BSNL Mobile numbers of an LSA ( Licensed Service Area, Circle ) to any BSNL
 Landline numbers within that LSA. i.e no charge is levied on the originating
 mobile number on such call forwarding.
 2. Call forwarding outside LSA is chargeable as per the existing Subscribed Plan.
 3. Home mobile number roaming in other LSA and call forwarded unconditional
 (Divert always ) to Home LL is not charging.
 4. Home mobile number roaming in other LSA and call forwarded conditionally (Not reachable,
No reply, Busy etc ) to Home LL is chargeable as per the existing subscribed plan.
 The inbuilt feature in the Mobile Call Settings can be used for activating the Call Forward.
